Tirupati said without taking on any debt, it will acquire the Balama Central and Montepeuz projects in Mozambique, which are both fully licensed for construction to >150,000 tpa flake graphite production capacity.

Oracle said the topographic survey of the 28km² site, is being completed by Fugro through the use of drones, providing vital mapping data about the newly leased Project site
IamFire (FIRE) announced that it has extended the expiry date of the 158,333,333 placing warrants, exercisable at 10 pence per share, from 17 December 2022 until 31 December 2023. The company announced it had secured the right to subscribe for up to £3.75m of Convertible Loan Notes in WeShop on 6 July 2022. The Board is pleased to announce that it has negotiated an extension to this expiry date to 18 May 2023, from the end of this year.

Feedback (FDBK), the frontline clinical technology company, announced a trading update for the six months to 30 November 2022. The company said trading during the Period was in line with the Board’s and market expectations, with revenue positively impacted by the 12-month extension of the Company’s pilot programme to provide its Community Diagnostic Centre solution in Sussex, a £0.5m contract covering the 12-month period from 31 March 2022.
