The Company also said that the third hole section on well Saltfleetby SF7V has been drilled to a measured depth of 2,492 meters (md) within the uppermost reservoir section. The upper sections of the well are now cased off ready to drill ahead through the main reservoir.

It will be interesting to see how much pent-up demand there is for Hydrogen Utopia (HUI), both in Europe today, and in the run up to the London standard listing debut on Wednesday. The company IPO’d on Aquis earlier this year. Today the company specialising in turning non-recyclable mixed waste plastic into carbon-free fuels, announced that it has been informed by Deutsche Börse AG that trading in its shares will commence on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with effect from today.

Tirupati Graphite (TGR), the specialist graphite and graphene company, said it will acquire from Battery Minerals 100% of the issued share capital of Suni Resources all related intellectual property relating to the Montepuez Project and Balama Central Project, and will be assigned the shareholder loans owed by Suni Resources to certain Battery Minerals group companies amounting to c.AU$29 million for a total aggregate consideration of AU$12.5 million. Tirupati said without taking on any debt, it will acquire the Balama Central and Montepeuz projects in Mozambique, which are both fully licensed for construction to >150,000 tpa flake graphite production capacity.

hVIVO (HVO) (formerly Open Orphan plc), a specialist contract research organisation, announced the publication of previously reported positive data from a first-in-human Phase I clinical study evaluating the safety and immunogenicity of AGS-v PLUS. The data has been published in eBioMedicine,1 a peer-reviewed open access biomedical journal part of The Lancet Discovery Science.

After an extended leave of absence as far as share buying, Audioboom (BOOM), the podcast company, announces that, on 16 December, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 4,658 shares in the company at an average price of 425.85 pence per ordinary share.

Tekcapital (TEK), the UK intellectual property investment group, announced that Zeus Capital has been appointed by portfolio company MicroSalt as its Nominated Adviser and Broker for its proposed IPO on the AIM Market in 2023.

Oracle Power (ORCP), a developer of green hydrogen production through its joint venture Oracle Energy Limited, announced that Oracle Energy has appointed consultancy firm Fugro Pakistan B.V, to immediately commence a surface level survey at its Green Hydrogen Project site in Sindh, south-east Pakistan. Oracle said the topographic survey of the 28km² site, is being completed by Fugro through the use of drones, providing vital mapping data about the newly leased Project site

IamFire (FIRE) announced that it has extended the expiry date of the 158,333,333 placing warrants, exercisable at 10 pence per share, from 17 December 2022 until 31 December 2023. The company announced it had secured the right to subscribe for up to £3.75m of Convertible Loan Notes in WeShop on 6 July 2022. The Board is pleased to announce that it has negotiated an extension to this expiry date to 18 May 2023, from the end of this year.

i3 Energy (I3E), an independent oil and gas company, confirmed the previously announced appointment of Ryan Heath to the Board of Directors as an Executive Director effective immediately. Ryan Heath was appointed President of i3 Canada, following i3’s December 2020 acquisition of Toscana Energy Income Corporation, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer since 2019.

BSF (BSFA), an investment company, announced that its 100% owned subsidiary, 3D Bio-Tissues Ltd, has commenced a formal consulting collaboration with Stichting New Harvest Netherlands, a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing cellular agriculture, focused on advancing 3DBT’s route-to-market strategy and accelerating the commercialisation of its products worldwide.

Midatech Pharma (MTPH), an R&D biotechnology company, announced a number of updates related to its proposed acquisition of Bioasis Technologies Inc. and associated financing. The Board has concluded that an acquisition of Bioasis, a company which it believes has a promising development pipeline, along with a $10 million aggregate financing offers a compelling strategic opportunity for Midatech shareholders.

Jubilee (JLP), the traded metals processing company, announced the successful completion of the water infrastructure upgrade at its Roan Project and continued advances in the production of cobalt and copper from waste at its Sable Refinery in Zambia. The company said it was pleased to provide an update on its copper and cobalt operations in Zambia in what has been a truly remarkable year for Jubilee.

Eco Atlantic (ECO), the oil and gas exploration company focused on the offshore Atlantic Margins, announced an additional 6.25% Participating Interest in Block 3B/4B, offshore South Africa from the Lunn Family Trust. Eco said it was pleased to confirm that it has now received the requisite regulatory approvals from the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy of South Africa and the Petroleum Agency of South Africa in respect of the Acquisition, which was the final condition in respect of completion.

Kromek Group (KMK), a developer of radiation and bio-detection technology solutions, announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Smiths Detection, a specialist in threat detection and security screening technologies. Smiths Detection will market and distribute the Group’s wearable radiation detection and identification solutions in the Middle East and certain key markets in Asia and Australasia.

Feedback (FDBK), the frontline clinical technology company, announced a trading update for the six months to 30 November 2022. The company said trading during the Period was in line with the Board’s and market expectations, with revenue positively impacted by the 12-month extension of the Company’s pilot programme to provide its Community Diagnostic Centre solution in Sussex, a £0.5m contract covering the 12-month period from 31 March 2022.

MetalNRG (MNRG), the natural resources and energy investment company, announces that the Company had received a notice requiring it to convene a General Meeting, a Circular to shareholders and a Notice convening the Requisitioned General Meeting and setting out proposed resolutions is being published today. The Circular contains a recommendation from the Board to shareholders that they vote against the proposed resolutions.
