Reveille seeks US OTCID quotation to expand access for American investors

Reveille (AQSE: REV), the uranium exploration and development company focused on Italy’s largest historic uranium deposits, has applied for its shares to be quoted on the OTCID market in the United States, potentially broadening its investor base and improving accessibility for US investors.

The company confirmed that the final review of its application has taken place, with admission to the US quotation market expected within the next ten business days, subject to confirmation from OTC Markets Group.

OTCID is a disclosure-based quotation market operated by OTC Markets Group Inc., providing a trading venue for companies seeking access to US investors without undertaking a full listing on a major American stock exchange.

Reveille’s existing shares would be available for quotation in the United States, allowing eligible investors to trade through participating US broker-dealers.

The proposed quotation could increase the company’s visibility among American investors interested in uranium exploration, nuclear energy and the development of strategically important mineral resources.

No new ordinary shares will be issued as part of the application, meaning the proposed US quotation will not raise additional capital or result in dilution for existing shareholders.

Reveille’s shares will continue trading on the Aquis Growth Market in London under the ticker REV, with the company’s existing UK trading arrangements remaining unchanged.

The application comes as Reveille seeks to advance its Italian uranium exploration interests and develop its position within Western-aligned uranium supply chains.

For investors, the OTCID quotation could provide an additional route for trading Reveille shares and potentially improve international market exposure, particularly among US investors following the nuclear energy and critical minerals sectors.

However, the proposed quotation remains subject to final approval, and admission would not guarantee increased trading volumes, liquidity or institutional investment.

Attention will now turn to confirmation from OTC Markets Group and the commencement of US quotation, which Reveille expects within approximately ten business days, while its existing Aquis Growth Market listing continues unaffected.
