Harena Rare Earths Plc has completed a £450,000 investment from RAB Capital Holdings Limited and associated entities, through the issue of 30,000,000 new ordinary shares at 1.5 pence each.
Following admission of the shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange on or around 20 January 2026, RAB Capital is expected to hold approximately 9.8% of the company’s enlarged share capital. Harena’s total issued ordinary share capital will then stand at 592,651,018 shares, a figure shareholders may use when calculating notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Comment: Given the rare earths boom, and the low capex / large asset project that HREE is sitting on, it seems rather unfair that the shares continue to sit within their recent range between 1.5p – 2.5p. Presumably the early part of 2026 will witness the big range breakout.
