Delta Gold Technologies Adds Two Leading Academics to Strategic Advisory Panel

Delta Gold Technologies (Aquis: DGQ / OTCQB: DGQTF / FRA: O2J) has appointed Professor Dr Harry Ruda and Professor Ken Knappenberger to its Strategic Advisory Panel.

The appointments strengthen the company’s scientific, research and commercialisation capability as it develops intellectual property in the quantum computing sector.

The panel was established in May 2026 with the appointment of Dr Thomas P Davis as its first member.

Delta said the advisory panel will support the board and management in evaluating scientific strategy, research investment decisions, patent opportunities, partnerships and commercial pathways.

Professor Ruda and Professor Knappenberger are already principal investigators within Delta’s sponsored university research programmes at the University of Toronto and The Pennsylvania State University respectively.

Professor Ruda is a specialist in quantum functional nanostructures, nanoelectronics and nanophotonics. He has published more than 300 peer-reviewed papers, co-authored four books and holds 14 patents.

Professor Knappenberger is Professor of Chemistry and Physics at Penn State and leads research into optical, electronic and spin properties in structurally precise nanomaterials, with a focus on gold nanoclusters.

Chief executive R. Michael Jones said the appointments bring deep scientific, engineering and intellectual property expertise into Delta’s strategic decision-making process.

He said both academics lead research programmes central to Delta’s investment thesis that gold engineered at the nanoscale can form the basis of a differentiated quantum technology platform.

Delta also announced the issue of 336,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of investor warrants at 15p per share.

Admission of the new shares to trading on Aquis is expected on or around 23 July 2026.

Following admission, Delta’s issued share capital will comprise 65,851,791 ordinary shares.
