In the mid-cap FTSE 250, the index increased by 0.52%. The top performer was Hunting, an energy sector manufacturer, soaring 7.64%, closely followed by Future, a publishing company, which rose 7%. The most significant losses were seen by Close Brothers, falling by 4.22%, and Darktrace, decreasing by 3.69%.
