i3 Energy (I3E), an independent oil and gas company, announced the commencement of operations for the drilling of the Serenity appraisal well on UK Licence P.2358, Block 13/23c. i3 owns a 75% working interest in the field.

The Stena Don semi-submersible drilling unit is now on contract to i3 and is on location preparing for the spudding of the well, which is expected to occur later this week. The drilling programme is expected to last approximately 30 days.

First Tin (1SN), a tin development company, published its final interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. The company said First Tin was admitted to the Main Market of the LSE during the period and has made good strides towards this goal and all workstreams are progressing as planned.

San Leon (SLE), the independent oil and gas production company, noted the announcement made on 19 September 2022 by Decklar Resources Inc. in Canada. Decklar and its co-venturer Millenium Oil & Gas Company Limited announced that the 7,800 barrels of crude oil previously delivered to the Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited crude handling facilities has now been delivered to the Forcados crude oil export terminal. The companies have also reached agreements to transport and sell Oza Oil Field crude oil to a company that owns and operates a small crude oil refinery in Edo State, Nigeria, and agreements have been executed to truck crude oil from the Oza Oil Field to a 45,000 barrel tank farm located in Akwete. The short-term goal is to transport approximately 1,100 barrels of oil per day from the Oza Oil Field to the storage tanks at Akwete.

Osirium Technologies (OSI), a vendor of cloud-based cybersecurity software, announced that it has agreed a three-year Privileged Access Management licence extension with an existing customer. The Customer has decided to renew their commitment to Osirium PAM for another three years in a contract with a total value over £290k.

ZOO Digital (ZOO), a provider of media services has issued a trading update ahead of its AGM. The company said FY23 H1 revenues are now expected to be at least $51 million (FY22H1: $26.9 million), which equates to growth over the first half of FY22 of at least 89% and in excess of 17% over the second half of FY22 (FY22H2: $43.5 million). ZOO expects to deliver a significant increase in EBITDA compared to the comparator period in FY22, benefitting from operational gearing as the business scales.

Feedback (FDBK), the clinical infrastructure specialist, announced its audited results for the twelve months to 31 May 2022. The company was able to boast a 105% increase in revenue to £0.59m (2021: £0.29m). Highest ever reported revenue since becoming a medical imaging company in 2014. 280% increase in sales(1) to £0.67m (2021: £0.18m), with Bleepa contributing £0.26m (2021: £0.08m).

EKF Diagnostics (EKF), the AIM-listed global diagnostics business, announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. Revenues reached £37.5m (H1 2021: £38.6m), 74.8% up from pre-pandemic levels (H1 2019: £21.4m).

Gunsynd (GUN) announcedthat it has invested a further approximately £100,000 into one of its investee companies, Charger Metals NL (ASX: CHR), an ASX listed Australian lithium and base metals exploration company. The Gunsynd investment is part of a capital raise of AUD$5.5 million announced on 19 September 2022.

Wildcat (WCAT) said that Dr Omar from Wildcat’s representative office in Khartoum, attended the South Sudan Oil & Power conference, 13-14th September on behalf of Wildcat with full authority to conduct all necessary talks/negotiations on behalf of the ompany. In 2021 Dr Omar conducted the inaugural oil licence round in South Sudan on behalf of the Government and was deemed the most suitable person from Wildcat to attend the conference.

Bidstack Group (BIDS), the in-game advertising and video game monetisation platform, announced that, as part of the implementation of its announced US growth strategy, Jude O’Connor recently joined the company from AdColony to lead the Group’s expansion plans in the USA and to oversee the Group’s global revenue strategy.

Belluscura (BELL) announced unaudited interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2022. The company said it had made significant progress with best-in-class product launches, securing manufacturing capacity and expanding its market. Group revenue of $0.6 million (H1 2021: $nil); a 34% increase over H2 2021. Adjusted EBITDA of $5.1 million loss (H1 2021: $1.2 million loss). The company also said it has signed a distribution agreement with a leading Durable Medical Equipment provider and distributor in the US.

Northcoders (CODE), an independent provider of training programmes announce its results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. Revenue more than doubled to £2.37 million in H1 2022 (H1 2021: £1.09 million), an increase of 117%. There was particularly strong demand for bootcamp training, delivering revenues in H1 2022 of £1.72 million (H1 2021: (£0.93 million)

Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), the Jersey based Oil and Gas Company, noted the announcement yesterday by the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications of the “Review of the security of Ireland’s electricity and natural gas systems. The company noted that Floating Storage and Regassification Units are now being considered as options for the import of Liquefied Natural Gas to support security of energy supply.

Pensana (PRE) is to be partnering with Polestar (Nasdaq: PSNY) on its moon-shot goal of creating the first truly climate-neutral car by 2030. The scope of the Polestar 0 project is to identify and eliminate all greenhouse gas emissions from the extraction of raw materials to when the car is delivered to the customer and onwards to the end of vehicle life.

Serinus Energy (SENX) announced that the drilling of the Moftinu Nord-1 exploration well in Romania commenced on 19 September 2022.

Europa Oil & Gas (EOG), the oil and gas exploration company, is pleased to announced that the Stena Don drilling rig is now on contract and that the rig is on location at Production Licence P.2358, Block 13/23c. It is expected that the Stena Don will begin drilling operations on the SA-02 appraisal well at Serenity later this week, which is expected to last approximately 30 days.

Thor Mining (THR) announced that anomalous nickel assays results from RC drilling have been returned and that an off-hole conductive anomaly has been identified from a subsequent down-hole electromagnetic geophysics survey at the Krona Prospect, within the company’s 100% owned Ragged Range Project, located in the Eastern Pilbara, Western Australia.

Gaming Realms (GMR), the developer and licensor of mobile focused gaming content, announced its interim results for the six months to 30 June 2022. Content licensing revenue grew by 57% to £6.4m. EBITDA of £3.5m with a 41% EBITDA margin.
