Reveille Resources secures US OTCID trading approval under ticker RVREF

Reveille Resources (AQSE: REV) has secured approval for its ordinary shares to trade on the OTCID Basic Market in the United States under the ticker RVREF, marking a further step in expanding its visibility among North American investors.

The uranium exploration and development company confirmed that trading is expected to commence on Friday, 6 November 2026, following its earlier announcement on 28 October outlining plans to establish a US market quotation.

Reveille’s shares will continue trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange under the ticker REV, with the new OTCID quotation providing an additional route for US investors to access the company’s existing ordinary shares.

Importantly, no new shares are being issued in connection with the US quotation, meaning the arrangement does not involve an equity fundraising or dilution of existing shareholders.

The OTCID Basic Market is operated by OTC Markets Group and provides a disclosure-based quotation platform for US and international companies seeking wider access to American investors.

According to OTC Markets Group’s third-quarter 2026 trading update, more than 12,300 securities were actively traded across its markets, generating total trading volume of approximately US$203.5 billion.

Reveille expects its US quotation to improve accessibility through participating American brokers and increase awareness of its uranium exploration portfolio.

The move comes as Reveille advances its Novazza and Val Vedello uranium projects in Italy, which the company describes as the country’s largest historical uranium deposits.

The projects form the foundation of Reveille’s strategy to develop uranium resources in Western-aligned jurisdictions, with the company also evaluating potential acquisitions beyond Italy, including opportunities in North America.

Expanding its US investor presence could be strategically relevant as interest in nuclear energy, uranium supply security and critical mineral resources continues to develop.

The additional quotation may also increase Reveille’s visibility among investors seeking exposure to early-stage uranium exploration companies.

However, OTCID admission does not guarantee increased trading volumes, improved liquidity or additional investment, and the company remains primarily focused on progressing its exploration and development activities.

For shareholders, the new RVREF quotation provides a further trading venue without changing Reveille’s existing share capital, while maintaining its established Aquis listing.

US investors will be able to access company disclosures and market quotations through OTC Markets, subject to availability through their brokers.

The anticipated commencement of OTCID trading on 6 November represents another milestone in Reveille’s international expansion strategy, complementing its efforts to advance its Italian uranium assets and establish a broader investor base across Western markets.
