High Court of Gujarat Adjournment
04 September 2018: Further to the announcements made today in relation to Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) appearing in the High Court of Gujarat, India (Court), the Company announces that following today’s submissions to the Court, the matter has been adjourned until 19th September 2018 when there will be a further hearing. The matter has been adjourned at the request of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation to consider the reply filed by Oilex ahead of what is anticipated to be the final hearing. Further announcements will be made in due course.
