Made Tech Wins Record £40m Government Contract and Raises FY27 Guidance
Made Tech Group Plc (AIM: MTEC) has secured the largest contract award in its history, with an expected value of around £40 million to the company over four years.
Made Tech has been appointed as part of a consortium to deliver services for a UK government department, with revenue from the contract expected to begin in FY27 and make a larger contribution in FY28.
Following the award, the public-sector technology specialist has upgraded FY27 guidance for the second time this year.
Made Tech now expects FY27 revenue of £63 million to £66 million and adjusted EBITDA of £6.3 million to £6.6 million, both ahead of current market expectations.
The contract also lifts Made Tech’s contracted backlog to approximately £115 million, providing greater visibility over future revenues after a significant acceleration in sales bookings during the second half of FY26.
Chief Executive Rory MacDonald said the award represents an important milestone and reinforces Made Tech’s position on critical government programmes, while strengthening confidence in the group’s medium-term growth outlook.
The company will provide further guidance when it reports its FY26 final results in September.
