Kendrick Resources Reports High-Grade Rare Earth Intercepts at Teufelskuppe

Kendrick Resources PLC (LON: KEN) has reported further high-grade rare earth element results from drilling at its Teufelskuppe project, demonstrating continuous mineralisation across substantial widths within the carbonatite complex.

Portable X-ray fluorescence analysis from drill holes TKDD011 to TKDD013 identified three separate mineralised bodies, with the strongest result coming from TKDD012, which returned 3.47% light rare earth oxides over 47.5 metres.

That intercept included higher-grade sections of 5.17% over 21 metres and 4.92% over 7 metres.

Drill hole TKDD011 returned 2.24% LREO over 33 metres from a depth of just 1.5 metres, including internal intervals grading up to 3.62% over 1.75 metres.

Meanwhile, TKDD013 intersected 2.14% LREO over 35 metres, with mineralisation beginning at surface. Higher-grade sections included 3.0% over 3.25 metres and 2.94% over 1.5 metres.

Colin Bird, Chairman of Kendrick Resources, commented: “We are very satisfied with the results of the most recent drilling displaying high-grade mineralisation over good lengths at grades in a consistent range from more than to 2 wt% to more than 4.0 wt% LREO. Consistency of grade and continuity of mineralisation are proving to be characteristic features of the TK Project. We will continue to complete a drill hole every few days and report to shareholders as new results become available”
