The gambling conglomerate, which includes Sky Bet, Paddy Power, and Betfair, has revealed plans to go public on the New York Stock Exchange in the upcoming year. Flutter Entertainment has assured that this move will not lead to its removal from the London Stock Exchange.
Flutter has also announced its intention to withdraw from the Dublin stock market by January 23, in preparation for its debut on the US market scheduled for January 29.
Previously, there were apprehensions that Flutter might abandon its London listing, amidst concerns about the returns for investors in that market.
However, in a recent communication to its shareholders, Flutter confirmed that its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange and its position in the FTSE 100 index will remain unaffected by its new listing in the US.
