First Class Metals PLC has confirmed the results of its retail fundraising, with strong investor demand leading to an upsized raise.
The company secured £400,000 through its WRAP retail offer, which was multiple times oversubscribed, highlighting solid backing from its retail shareholder base. Shares were issued at 1.52p, resulting in the creation of 26,315,789 new ordinary shares.
Admission of the new shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected on or around 31 March 2026.
Following admission, the company will have a total of 367,949,472 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right, with no shares held in treasury.
The newly issued shares will rank pari passu with existing shares, meaning they carry the same rights and entitlements.
