ECR Minerals plc (AIM: ECR) Completes Share Admission, Updates Voting Rights

ECR Minerals plc has announced the admission of 599,999,991 new ordinary shares, taking its total issued share capital to 3,290,888,016 ordinary shares.

Following the issue, directors’ shareholdings have been diluted. Nick Tulloch’s stake has fallen to 2.63% from 3.21%, Andrew Scott’s to 0.91% from 1.11%, Mike Parker’s to 0.37% from 0.45%, and Chris Gibbs’s to 0.09% from 0.11%.

The company said the total number of voting rights is now 3,290,888,016, which shareholders may use as the denominator when making notifications under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As a result of the issue and Admission of the 599,999,991 new Ordinary Shares, the revised interests of ECR’s Directors (which also includes a revision to a significant shareholding in the Company as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) are as follows: 

 Following Admission, the Company’s issued Ordinary Share capital now consists of 3,290,888,016 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 3,290,888,016.
