Defence Holdings PLC (LON: ALRT) has appointed Jim Clover OBE to its Advisory Board, strengthening its focus on defence and national security. Mr Clover brings more than 25 years of experience in cyber operations and intelligence across sensitive, mission-critical environments.
The appointment supports the company’s recently established National Security pillar within its Defence Technologies division and is intended to enhance capability development and delivery across defence-led programmes.
In connection with his appointment, Mr Clover has been granted 12,500,000 warrants, exercisable at £0.02 per share, with a five-year term. The warrants will vest in line with the company’s standard vesting schedule.
Defence Holdings said the addition of Mr Clover is expected to materially strengthen its strategic and operational positioning in national security and defence markets.
