Pathfinder announces that Nick Trew has stepped down as a director of the Company with effect from today.
Scott Richardson Brown, previously a non-executive director of the Company, is now an executive director. The directors thank Nick for his unwavering commitment and persistence in preserving the Company’s prospects of achieving a resolution to Pathfinder’s dispute over mining licences in Mozambique. The directors remain steadfastly focused on delivering a positive outcome for all shareholders.

- Pathfinder Minerals’ licences (the ownership of which is currently disputed) cover approximately 32,000 hectares of land on the Indian Ocean coast of the Zambezia province of Mozambique, known to contain the titanium dioxide bearing ores of ilmenite and rutile and the mineral zircon.
