Amaroq announces voluntary TSX-V delisting effective March 19, 2026

Amaroq Ltd (AIM, TSX-V, NASDAQ Iceland: AMRQ, OTCQX: AMRQF) has announced it will voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange, with the move set to take effect on March 19, 2026.

Episode 5: Nanoq

The company said the decision reflects persistently low trading volumes in Canada. Its shares will continue to trade on AIM, Nasdaq Iceland and the OTCQX market.

Amaroq also confirmed it is pursuing a transition to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange during 2026, aiming to improve liquidity and broaden its investor base. Citigroup Global Markets Limited has been appointed as sponsor for the process.

Canadian shareholders who wish to continue trading their holdings will need to arrange for their shares to be transferred into depositary interests through CREST in order to trade on AIM or Nasdaq Iceland.
