The Company (formerly Mustang Energy PLC) announces that it has changed its name to Cykel AI PLC.
Following the name change, the Company’s ticker symbol, under which its shares are traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, will be changed to “CYK”. Trading of the Company’s shares under the new name and new CYK ticker will commence on Wednesday, 3 July 2024, at 8.00 am; until such time, trading will continue under the “MUST” stock ticker.
The ISIN (GB00BJ9MHH56) and SEDOL (BJ9MHH5) of the Company’s shares will remain unchanged.
In order to reflect the Company’s new name, the Company’s website address will be changed to www.cykel.ai with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 3 July 2024.

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid. Any new share certificates issued after the name change takes effect will bear the name Cykel AI PLC.
The Company further announces that its subsidiary, Cykel AI PLC, has also changed its name to Cykel AI Development PLC.
