Chill Group PLC’s shares rose 12%, to 6.19p, on the news that adult customers will be able to purchase its Chill Zero nicotine-free vapour product on Amazon UK this month.
The company is looking to list on online retail platforms in other European countries.
Chill ZERO vaping products are nicotine-free and intended to offer users a “harm reduction tool” that provides a “satisfying sensory experience without nicotine’s addictive properties”. They were first made available to UK consumers via the company website in August.
Chill said that Amazon has banned the sale of vapes with nicotine. It also stated that its products would have an advantage in terms of competition.
Chill Group PLC is the CBD and Smoking Alternatives company. Its shares rose 18% on Monday morning after it announced an agreement for its nicotine-free vaporizers to be sold in W.H. Smith PLC stores.
The retailer has agreed to stock Chill ZERO products at around 150 sites. These are mostly travel stores in airports or railway stations. This agreement comes as politicians continue to attack vaping and disposable products.

The products will be sold in 150 WH Smith travel stores including those at airports and train stations. These hubs provide high exposure to thousands of travellers every day.
Sommerton emphasizes that nicotine-free vapes are aimed at individuals between 18 and 35 years old, providing a healthier alternative than nicotine products.
