**Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN, AQSE: WSBN)** announced on **7 November 2025** that its **Annual General Meeting (AGM)** and **Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)** will be held on **28 November 2025** in **Gibraltar**.

The **AGM** is scheduled to begin at **11:00 a.m. CET**, followed by the **EGM at 11:15 a.m. CET**.

Shareholders are being **formally notified today**, with the **notices of meeting and proxy forms** for both events now available on the company’s **website**.
