Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK and USA focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company, announces the resignation of Graham Bull as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Bull will continue to undertake technical duties for the Company.
Mr Bull cited the detrimental effect attacks on the Board from certain media organisations has had on him and his family in his decision to resign.
