Traders Cafe with Zak Mir: EUA, COPL, GGP, NNN, YGEN & TRX via Vox Markets

There was an intriguing update from PGM specialist Eurasia Mining (EUA) in terms of the company noting that despite yesterday’s rebound in the stock, the share price remains below the 26.5p price at which a $20m private placement was completed in May.

Newly transformed international oil and gas company Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) announced its results for the three months ending June 30, 2021 and an operations update. The company said that its Wyoming assets continue to perform significantly ahead of expectations, with a strong outlook for year end. It was also particularly focused on its 100% owned Barron Flats Federal (Deep) oil discovery, with the next task to test all six of the sand intervals through casing over the next several weeks.

Stock market darling Greatland Gold (GGP), with its focus on gold-copper deposits, announced the first set of preliminary drill results from the initial 2021 drill programme at its Juri Joint Venture with partner Newcrest Mining in the Paterson province of Western Australia. Results have been received for the first four holes sampled from the nine drill holes completed. Greatland said it will now recalibrate its Juri JV targets based on this initial information as well as the assays pending from the five remaining drill holes and combined with the new proposed Ground EM survey.

Although the search for Spock was perhaps less lengthy, Nanosynth (NNN) finally came up with the goods as far as appointing a new CEO. The man in the nanotechnology hot seat is Mark Duffin, a qualified engineer, with experience of start-up companies, mergers and acquisitions and turnaround propositions. One would assume the latter discipline will be useful at NNN, and that now he is at the helm, RNS releases from the company will be somewhat more upbeat.

International molecular diagnostics group, Yourgene Health (YGEN) said that following assessments by the UK accreditation service, it has received ISO 15189:2012 accreditation for its COVID-19 testing and sequencing services. This provides the assurance that the company’s Citylabs 1.0 laboratory in Manchester, meets internationally recognised gold standards.

Regenerative medical technology company, Tissue Regenix (TRX) announced the launch of DermaPure® Meshed and VNEW, both line extensions to the Company’s BioSurgery division, utilising Tissue Regenix’s patented decellularisation (‘dCELL®’) Technology. DermaPure® Meshed eliminates time consuming manual meshing in the operating room, while VNEW facilitates pelvic organ prolapse surgical procedures.
