It would appear that Bezant (BZT) and Caerus (CMRS) have served up what observers of both companies have been waiting for. A Joint Venture Agreement has been announced in relation to three of Caerus’s copper gold projects in Cyprus.

The JV covers the Troulli, Kokkinapetra and Anglisides projects held by Caerus in Cyprus. The Parties have committed an initial sum of USD1.0 million towards resource development and to take the Project to feasibility to be funded on a 50:50 basis.
Greatland Gold (GGP), the precious and base metals exploration and development company, announcef its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2021. The company said it has achieved several significant milestones at its flagship asset Havieron including commencing construction and surface infrastructure activities, taking major steps towards bringing a tier-one gold copper mine into production. During the financial year Greatland entered into a new landmark joint venture agreement with Australia’s largest gold producer Newcrest Mining Limited.
Sabien Technology Group (SNT), which is focused on building a portfolio of solutions in the heating, cooling, and transportation sectors, said that it has signed heads of terms with Proton Technologies Canada Inc., in relation to a hydrogen processing licence within UK territories. The key element is a license for Sabien to produce 20 tonnes of hydrogen per day, expandible by future agreement to higher volumes, generated using Proton’s technology.
DeepVerge (DVRG) announced that the Skin Trust Club is live in the U.S. following its launch to industry at Beauty Connect, Los Angeles on 4-5 November 2021. The U.S. launch is part of a five-event roadshow to industry that is unveiling what Skin Trust Club is all about and illustrating its power as a new service in the skin health business. DeepVerge said that it is now “showing the power of the service as a B2C offering but also as a game changing B2B offering. Agronomics (ANIC), the cellular agriculture specialist, announced that portfolio company Tropic Biosciences has received confirmation that its potato product, is exempt from regulation by the United States Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Inspection Service. This confirmation ensures that its gene-edited potatoes, resistant to browning, will not face regulatory barriers on its way to market. Agronomics holds an equity ownership of 2.95% following participation in Tropic’s Series B round in March 2020.
Live Company Group (LVCG) provided an operational update. LVCG said it has had its best quarter since outbreak of COVID-19. Maestrano Group (MNO), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announced a new contract by Secure Energy to its wholly owned subsidiary, Airsight Australia Ltd. Airsight will provide a drone-based survey for the new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga in New South Wales to the South Australian border. The line is part of TransGrid’s EnergyConnect project and part of Australia’s transition to renewable energy.
Supply @ME Capital (SYME), the Inventory Monetisation group, provided an update on its Group revenue projections for the current financial year ending 31 December 2021. It now expects a binding contract with the initial Inventory Funder to be finalised prior to 31 December 2021, following which the first Inventory Monetisation transaction is then expected to be completed. As a result, the majority of these revenues will now be recognised in future accounting periods, commencing FY2022, with Group revenues for the year ended 31 December 2021 now expected to be in the range of GBP0.5m to GBP0.8m. In August the company was looking for a range between £3.8m – £4.9m.
Mkango Resources (MKA) announced that the Government of Malawi has renewed the Thambani uranium, tantalum and niobium exploration licence and issued four retention licences RTL0015/16/17/18/21 granted for five years from 20(th) October 2021 to 19(th) October 2026, covering a total of 98.4 square km.
Oriole Resources (ORR), the AIM-quoted exploration company focussed on West Africa, updated on its 24.92% interest in Thani Stratex Resources Limited which, through its local subsidiary Thani Dubai Mining, holds a 93% interest in the Hodine exploration licence in Egypt. Further to signing a binding Heads of Terms agreement with private investment company Red Sea Resources Ltd earlier this year, the Company is pleased to report that RSR has now successfully renewed the Licence.
Zephyr Energy (ZPHR),the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company, which releases nearly as many RNS’s as Power Metal Resources (POW), updated on the ongoing production testing at the State 16-2LN-CC well in Utah, and to report on third quarter performance from its non-operated portfolio in the Williston Basin, North Dakota. The Company announced the first flowing hydrocarbons from the State 16-2LN-CC well. Zephyr said the production of hydrocarbons marks a major milestone, particularly as this is the first horizontal well in the wider Paradox Basin to flow hydrocarbons using a modern hydraulically stimulated completion.
Tlou Energy (TLOU) the clean power solutions group in Botswana and sub-Saharan Africa, said that at the Lesedi Power Project Tlou and hydrogen technology partner Synergen Met are working on combining large, established natural gas reserves with abundant solar energy to produce green hydrogen, thus providing a complementary range of cleaner and greener power generation options. The Company has secured a 10MW Power Purchase Agreement with Botswana Power Corporation, and power dispatch under this PPA will help displace existing carbon-intensive power. The construction of transmission lines to connect Lesedi to the existing power grid is expected to be completed in 2023.
There was something of a director buying spending spree at Emmerson (EML), the Moroccan focused potash development company, in the wake of yesterday’s strategic investor news. James Kelly, Chariman, purchased 150,000 shares at 6.74p, while Graham Clarke, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 299,837 at 6.65p.
