It would appear that Bezant (BZT) and Caerus (CMRS) have served up what observers of both companies have been waiting for. A Joint Venture Agreement has been announced in relation to three of Caerus’s copper gold projects in Cyprus.

The JV covers the Troulli, Kokkinapetra and Anglisides projects held by Caerus in Cyprus. The Parties have committed an initial sum of USD1.0 million towards resource development and to take the Project to feasibility to be funded on a 50:50 basis.

Sabien Technology Group (SNT), which is focused on building a portfolio of solutions in the heating, cooling, and transportation sectors, said that it has signed heads of terms with Proton Technologies Canada Inc., in relation to a hydrogen processing licence within UK territories. The key element is a license for Sabien to produce 20 tonnes of hydrogen per day, expandible by future agreement to higher volumes, generated using Proton’s technology.

Agronomics (ANIC), the cellular agriculture specialist, announced that portfolio company Tropic Biosciences has received confirmation that its potato product, is exempt from regulation by the United States Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Inspection Service. This confirmation ensures that its gene-edited potatoes, resistant to browning, will not face regulatory barriers on its way to market. Agronomics holds an equity ownership of 2.95% following participation in Tropic’s Series B round in March 2020.

Maestrano Group (MNO), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announced a new contract by Secure Energy to its wholly owned subsidiary, Airsight Australia Ltd. Airsight will provide a drone-based survey for the new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga in New South Wales to the South Australian border. The line is part of TransGrid’s EnergyConnect project and part of Australia’s transition to renewable energy.
Supply @ME Capital (SYME), the Inventory Monetisation group, provided an update on its Group revenue projections for the current financial year ending 31 December 2021. It now expects a binding contract with the initial Inventory Funder to be finalised prior to 31 December 2021, following which the first Inventory Monetisation transaction is then expected to be completed. As a result, the majority of these revenues will now be recognised in future accounting periods, commencing FY2022, with Group revenues for the year ended 31 December 2021 now expected to be in the range of GBP0.5m to GBP0.8m. In August the company was looking for a range between £3.8m – £4.9m.

The Company announced the first flowing hydrocarbons from the State 16-2LN-CC well. Zephyr said the production of hydrocarbons marks a major milestone, particularly as this is the first horizontal well in the wider Paradox Basin to flow hydrocarbons using a modern hydraulically stimulated completion.
Tlou Energy (TLOU) the clean power solutions group in Botswana and sub-Saharan Africa, said that at the Lesedi Power Project Tlou and hydrogen technology partner Synergen Met are working on combining large, established natural gas reserves with abundant solar energy to produce green hydrogen, thus providing a complementary range of cleaner and greener power generation options. The Company has secured a 10MW Power Purchase Agreement with Botswana Power Corporation, and power dispatch under this PPA will help displace existing carbon-intensive power. The construction of transmission lines to connect Lesedi to the existing power grid is expected to be completed in 2023.
