TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the oil shale exploration, development and technology group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, announces that there will be a short delay in the commencement of the ‘live’ testing stage of the current field test being conducted on its Holliday Block.
The short delay is due to an unexpected failure in one of the couplings between the RF antenna and the artificial lift system that has now been delivered to site. It is expected that the delay will be approximately 7-10 days whilst a replacement coupling is fitted.
We will continue to keep shareholders updated on the progress of the field test.
