The CEO of UK Hospitality warned that businesses will not be able to withstand another winter of lockdown restrictions.

Jenny Kleeman, Times Radio Presenter, asked Kate Nicholls whether she believed businesses would survive if Plan B was implemented by the Government.

The CEO of UK Hospitality warned that consumers will not socialize if there is a work-from-home order.

Times Radio’s Kate Nicholls stated that consumers stay home when there are restrictions and don’t socialize outside of the house.

She said: “If we move towards vaccine passports, we know from Ireland or other places that they affect footfall.

“We could be looking forward to a second winter in which hospitality is running at half its revenues.”
