**Cambay PSC Update – Drilling and Workover Operations Progress**

Synergia Energy Ltd (“Synergia Energy” or the “Company”) has provided an operational update on its Cambay Production Sharing Contract (PSC), in which it holds a 50% working interest, onshore India.

Following the Company’s 4 April 2025 announcement, Synergia confirmed that its joint venture partner, Selan Exploration (“Selan”), has secured a drilling rig and associated services from DEEP Industries Limited. This will support the first of three planned wells under a US$20 million work programme. As part of the agreement, Selan is fully funding Synergia’s share of the investment in return for a 50% working interest. Drilling is expected to begin in September 2025.

In addition, Selan has contracted a 50-tonne workover rig, with operations on legacy wells set to resume in June 2025. Production from these wells has been intermittent since operations restarted in April 2022.
