Synergia Energy Ltd has provided an operational update on its Cambay Production Sharing Contract (PSC), where the company holds a 50% working interest.
At the Cambay C-64 wellsite, workover operations are set to begin shortly as rig-up of the Aakash XIV 50T workover rig nears completion. The operation will focus on installing a sucker rod pump to enhance production efficiency.
Meanwhile, mobilisation of the Kiri drilling rig to the C-54 wellsite area is approximately 50% complete, with plans for the rig to move next to the new C-78 drilling pad, located near the C-54 well.
Synergia confirmed it will issue a further update once drilling commences on the C-78 well, marking the next phase in its ongoing development of the Cambay field.
