Synergia Energy Ltd (the “Company”) (formerly named Oilex Ltd) is pleased to advise, further to the previous announcement of 19 July and Shareholder approval obtained at the Company’s General Meeting held on 13 July 2022,
That the change of name of the Company from Oilex Limited to Synergia Energy Limited has now taken place on ASX. With effect from today’s date, the following changes have been applied by the ASX:
- Change of name to Synergia Energy Limited; and
- Change of ASX Ticker to “SYN” (from “OEX”).
The Company’s new website address is www.synergiaenergy.com and its new ISIN is AU0000233538.
As announced on 25 July, dealings in the Company’s ordinary shares on AIM have been suspended and are expected to recommence under the new name and new ticker ‘SYN’ at 7.30 am (London Time) on 29 July 2022.
