Shuka Minerals (AIM: SKA) has received additional laboratory-confirmed assay results from surface sampling at the Kabwe Zinc Mine in Zambia, further validating the presence of high-grade mineralisation.
The latest results returned zinc grades of up to 42.89% and lead grades of up to 6.10%, reinforcing earlier indications of significant surface material. These samples had previously exceeded upper detection limits, prompting re-assaying to obtain precise values.
The confirmed grades strengthen the company’s confidence in the scale and quality of high-grade material at surface, as Shuka continues to advance its evaluation and development plans at Kabwe.
CEO Richard Lloyd commented: “It is encouraging to realise further high-grade laboratory confirmed results and at surface. We will update the market further when we receive lab results from the current samples which have already been submitted to ALS in Ndola, Zambia.”
