On the downside, Burberry saw the largest decline, dropping 4.78%, with British Airways’ parent company IAG following, down 2.73%.\n\nIn the mid-cap FTSE 250, the index increased by 0.52%. The top performer was Hunting, an energy sector manufacturer, soaring 7.64%, closely followed by Future, a publishing company, which rose 7%.
