The initial public offering of Nord Gold PLC, a Russian gold miner that also focuses on Africa and Kazakhstan, has been delayed in London amid criticism that it contradicts a U.S. Treasury plan to block some share offerings on security grounds. The company, also known as Nordgold, announced late Tuesday night the postponement of its planned £3.5 billion IPO.
