Zak Mir interviewed Mendell Helium CEO Nick Tulloch regarding M3Helium’s new farm-in agreement with Scout Energy to advance helium resource development in Kansas’ Hugoton Gas Field.
Mendell Helium announced that M3 Helium Corp. has signed an exclusive farm-in and fixed-price helium agreement with Scout Energy Partners over 161,280 acres of the Hugoton gas field (“Leases”), one of North America’s largest natural gas fields.
Under M3 Helium’s agreement, the company can drill up to 200 wells across 160,000 acres in Kansas’ Hugoton Gas Field, with an initial commitment to drill at least 25 wells by March 2026.
Synergia Energy (AIM: SYN) finalized the farm-out of a 50% stake in the Cambay PSC to Selan Exploration, with a $20 million work programme now underway. A suitable workover rig and other equipment have been contracted for the initial two well workovers. The share price rose 8.42% to 0.0515p.
Helium One Global Ltd (AIM: HE1) has finalized its farm-in agreement with Blue Star Helium Ltd (ASX: BNL), securing a 50% stake in the Galactica-Pegasus helium project in Las Animas, Colorado.
Under the terms of the deal, Helium One will contribute $1.5 million towards the costs of six development wells, with drilling expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The 45kVA H-Power System comprises AFC Energy’s latest generation S Series 30kW fuel cell generator (“S30”), a harmonized 45kWh battery energy storage system (“BESS”), and a hydrogen pressure reduction station (“PRS”). This first 45kVA H-Power System will be used to complete operational localisation of the unit for usage in Saudi Arabia and to subsequently undertake piloting programs as part of TAMGO’s work with its wide portfolio of customers adopting zero emission generators in the region.
