Week Ahead: UK Corporate Earnings and Key Economic Data

The tech deal frenzy and central bank headlines may have eased, but markets face another busy week of corporate updates and economic releases. Several FTSE 350 names — including JD Sports, Kingfisher, Raspberry Pi, Halma, Smiths Group and Pennon — are due to report.


Monday 22 September

  • Company announcements:

    • Interims: AOTI, B90 Holdings, BioPharma Credit, Creo Medical, Elixirr International, Globalworth Real Estate Investments

    • Finals: Wilmington

  • Economics: Bank of China interest rate decision


Tuesday 23 September

  • Focus: Kingfisher PLC (LSE: KGF) – B&Q and Screwfix owner reports interims. Q1 saw a revenue boost from favourable weather, but analysts flag risks from falling non-food prices, weak consumer spending and jobs market worries.
