    · Additional Reseller Secured – BOS has entered into an agreement with a London based reseller to penetrate the UK market. A trial is currently underway with a client of the reseller ahead of targeting commercial roll out amongst corporate clients.

    · Bolstered Sales Support – successfully recruited personnel as part of ongoing recruitment campaign to support new and future channel partners

    · Driving Prospects – completed local installations of BOS Meet and BOS Automate to meet data residency requirements for business and government subscriptions in the UK, USA and Australia – this will help satisfy tender conditions in these markets going forward

BOS COO Mark Uren said, “We are very pleased to have achieved first sales and gained a significant number of subscribers across our core geographic markets of the UK, USA and Australia. A focus of our excitement is the introduction of our new Innovation Partner which will provide us with revenues from over 100 subscriptions and will resell our products, both current and future, to their very strong international client base. They have a very complementary business premise to us and are active in financial services, a sector in which we want to build our presence in.

“These developments, along with the securing of an additional reseller, provides solid endorsement of our business model and proves the relevance of our standalone software products, which are focused on optimising efficiency in the workplace. This positive reception bodes well for the launch of our BOS 360 Work Patterns platform as a service, which is planned for May 2017, and we are pleased to have already started advancing relationships with potential strategic partners ahead of this.”

Further Information on BOS’ Innovation Partner Scheme:

BOS has devised an Innovation Partnership Model which is focused on enabling global companies to realise a measurable 5% efficiency year on year over an initial three year term without 3rd party consultants.

The Company is leveraging its proven experience as consultants to take responsibility for the transition and transfer of knowledge to the client’s in-house team. Innovation Partners subscribe for all BOS products as they are launched to market, which delivers revenues to BOS on a monthly basis.

The Company is delighted to welcome its first innovation partner to its books.
