Roundhouse Raises £1.5m Ahead of Planned AIM Admission

Roundhouse (AQSE: ETHL) has published its AIM admission document and conditionally raised £1.5 million before expenses through a placing of new shares. The Company’s TIDM from Admission will be RHAI

The artificial intelligence technology company will issue 30 million shares in a placing at 5p each, with its broker arranging the fundraising.

The company will use the proceeds to develop its product, expand its team, implement its business strategy, support marketing, and provide general working capital.

Roundhouse said the funding is intended to support the business as it progresses towards revenue generation and commercial deployment at scale.

Importantly, the retail offer is separate from the institutional placing and the placing and AIM admission are not conditional on the retail offer completing.

Roundhouse has applied for its existing and new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Assuming the maximum retail offer is taken up, the enlarged share capital would comprise up to 283.25 million ordinary shares.

Admission and dealings are expected to begin at 8am on 13 October 2026, although the timetable can be extended to no later than 30 October. The Company’s TIDM from Admission will be RHAI

Proposed WRAP Offer

The Company will also shortly launch a retail offer which will be arranged by the Winterflood Retail Access Platform operated by Marex Financial (the “WRAP Offer”). The WRAP Offer will be for up to 3,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price to raise up to £150,000 before expenses. A separate announcement will be made shortly in connection with the WRAP Offer. The WRAP Offer is not part of the Placing. The Placing and Admission are not conditional on the WRAP Offer. The results of the WRAP Offer will be announced prior to Admission.
