There was a chunky update from Xtract Resources (XTR) announcing an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Racecourse Prospect, on the Bushranger Copper-Gold Project in central New South Wales, Australia.
The company said that with over a million tonnes of contained copper equivalent metal, the Racecourse Mineral Resource represents a substantial undeveloped copper-gold porphyry deposit.
Castillo Copper Limited (CCZ), a base metal explorer, announced assays received for RT_001RC (Reefs Tank) and FG_001RC (Fence Gossan) verify the extensive, shallow Rare Earth Elements mineralisation discovery across the central part of BHA Project’s East Zone. The company said the new assays show consistent shallow REE mineralisation across a wide part of the BHA Project’s East Zone. Moreover, the interpreted scale of this shallow REE discovery, within a mining friendly district, is an outstanding result which has the potential to create significant value for shareholders.
AQRU (AQRU), an incubator specialising in opportunities in decentralised finance, announced it has conducted an operational review designed to make it a leaner, more efficient business. This will enable the company to reduce its monthly overhead by 65%.

Amaroq Minerals (AMRQ), an independent mine development company, provided details of its 2022 Sava project exploration results. The company said that its 2022 exploration programme at Sav has identified copper, gold, silver and molybdenum IOCG style mineralisation across three sites. Mkango Resources (MKA) announced that HyProMag GmbH has been awarded grants totalling €3.7 million for a new project, comprising a €2.5 million grant from the ERDF and a €1.2 million grant from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Prospex Energy (PXEN), the AIM quoted investment company, updated on the development activity on the Podere Gallina Licence. Prospex holds a 37% working interest in the Podere Gallina licence with the Operator holding the remaining 63%. Jadestone Energy (JSE), an independent oil and gas production company, announced the completion of the acquisition of the remaining 10% interest in the Lemang production sharing contract onshore Indonesia. As a result, Jadestone’s interest in the Lemang PSC has increased to 100%.
