Kendrick Resources (KEN) announced a further important validation milestone at the Teufelskuppe (“TK”) Project, where X-ray fluorescence (“pXRF”) measurements of Light Rare Earth Oxide (“LREO”) grades in drill core have demonstrated an exceptionally strong positive correlation with certified laboratory assays.

Author @ZaksTradersCafe

This compelling result provides confidence in the reliability of pXRF analysis at Teufelskuppe and highlights its value as a fast, effective exploration tool. Certified laboratory assays have now been received for three drill holes (TKDD002-4), each returning highly impressive LREO grades over significant widths and further reinforcing the scale, continuity and high-grade potential of the Teufelskuppe mineralised system.

Comment: There are two points to note with the latest KEN announcement. I have been very reliably informed that pXRF technology has really advanced, so much so that there is a very close correlation with the eventual assays. The second point is that the market even at 6.75p and after a stellar bull run, has only factored in a fraction of what KEN is sitting on in the now key rare earths area.

London BTC Company Limited (BTC), the London Stock Exchange main market-listed company,  announced that its gold and critical-minerals specialist exploration teams, led by its technical adviser, Schiehallion Consulting have now mobilised to the United States and have commenced the due diligence programme for the purpose of new project generation. This programme targets a pipeline of gold, silver and critical-minerals projects across Nevada, Arizona and Texas. Hewie Rattray, CEO of London BTC, states: “With our teams now on the ground, we are entering an exciting period for our US gold, silver and critical minerals strategy. We are planning to rapidly advance our existing projects whilst simultaneously evaluating new opportunities across the US.”

Comment: As we have seen from recent newsflow, BTC continues to make the most of its twin drivers of gold and bitcoin, with perhaps the icing on the cake here being the top class Nevada postcode. Given how hungry the US is for commodity security currently, BTC is in the right places at the right time.

Orosur Mining Inc. (OMI), announced an update on the progress of exploration activities at the Company’s exploration project at Anzá in Colombia. OMI said, “The Anza project is now ramping up with three rigs running, one at each of Pepas, APTA and El Cedro and planned to remain for some time.  More prospects are also being advanced to the drill stage, demonstrating the extraordinary potential of this licence holding.”

Comment: OMI shares continue to disappoint in the near term. There are three possible explanations for this: the first that the shares overdid it in January. The second that with celebrity investor backing it is too much of a crowded trade. The third is that possibly because the CEO does talk to me anymore. I presume the first two explanations are the most likely. Below the 50 day moving average at 15p risks a painful dive to summer 2025 support at 10p, which would not be nice.

Bezant Resources PLC (BZT) announced that it has concluded an agreement with Hartree Metals LLC, Bezant’s financing and offtake partner, to participate alongside Bezant in the financing of the accelerated payment arrangements related to the ownership of the NLZM Processing Plant, held under the new company name Tsaoxaub Metals (Proprietary) Limited, which was announced on 27 August 2026.

Comment: Although most eyes are currently on the likes of Kendrick (KEN) and African Pioneer (AFP) in the Colin Bird stable of listed companies, it can be seen that BZT is coming up fast on the inside. This is especially the case given the main barrier to share price rises tends to be concerns over financing as far as explorer / developers.

Yesterday MedPal AI plc (MPAL), the AI-native digital health and pharmacy group, noted Eli Lilly’s announcement of 28 August 2026 that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Mounjaro (tirzepatide) to lower the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events, including cardiovascular death, heart attack and stroke, in adults with type 2 diabetes who are at high risk of these events. The Board believes this approval marks the point at which GLP-1 medicines move beyond weight loss and diabetes into the prevention of heart attacks and strokes, dramatically expanding the addressable market for the category in which the Group’s dedicated GLP-1 clinic, New Health (new.co.uk), operates.

Comment: An excellent announcement on the GLP-1 front, one that only reinforces the merits of Mounjaro in particular, and of course adds an extra ribbon to the bow of MPAL’s sales in the space. It is notable that shares of MPAL are now above the 200 day moving average for the first time since October – something which suggests the stock is very much back in bull mode. 6p by the end of this month looks to be an achievable March rising trend channel target.

The Smarter Web Company (SWC) announced the purchase of additional Bitcoin as part of “The 10 Year Plan” which includes an ongoing treasury policy of acquiring Bitcoin. Details are as follows: Number of Bitcoin Purchased: 35 Bitcoin. Average Purchase Price: £57,494 per Bitcoin. Amount Purchased: £2,012,286.  Total Bitcoin Holdings: 2,747 Bitcoin.

Comment: Now that BTC is some $20,000 off its recent lows, what a great time to buy some more. One can at least see that the company is regrouping after the recent departure of the Head Of Bitcoin Strategy. Given that the only strategy the company has as far as BTC is concerned is to fill its boots, even Coco the Clown, or no one, could do the job.

Wishbone Gold (WSBN) announced that it has registered a new large tenement only 10km south-east from the Havieron gold-copper mine owned by Greatland Resources Ltd (LSE and ASX: GGP). Havieron South-East (application tenement E 45/7348) (see figures 1 and 2 below) covers 118km2 and will take Wishbone’s total tenement portfolio in the Telfer area to 628km2. The tenement will move towards grant and become live in early 2027, once added to Wishbone’s Native Title Agreement. This will make Wishbone one of the most significant tenement holders in the region with all its assets in close proximity to Telfer and Havieron.

Comment: Given how good a marketing angle the Havieron / GGP is, one is somewhat surprised that the market is not giving WSBN more love in terms of share price / market cap. Perhaps today’s news is significant enough to do the trick?

Corero (CNS) the distributed denial of service (“DDoS”) protection specialists and champion of adaptive, real-time service availability, announced that it has secured a significant new contract with a leading UK-based fixed and mobile telecommunications and connectivity provider. Alongside one of its strategic alliance partners, Corero has secured a 5-year contract for a total contract value of $3.4 million. Corero will provide a fully managed service to the customer, incorporating its market-leading SmartWall ONETM DDoS protection solution and CORE platform, including Layer 7 Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) protection capabilities.

Comment: Given where the share price performance has been, it can be said that the latest chunky contract win news is just what the doctor ordered. The question is whether the market will be impressed enough to change its view on the company?

Kazera Global plc (KZG), the AIM-quoted investment company, announce that, following consideration by the Regional Mining Development and Environmental Committee (“REMDEC“), the South African Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (“DMRE“) has formally approved the application by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Whale Head Minerals (Pty) Ltd, for a Mining Right over Sea Concession 2A (“2A“), located in the Northern Cape, South Africa.

Comment: KZG is fast turning out to be a safe pair of hands in a difficult area, both in terms of the newsflow such as today’s, as well as the recent share price progression. Let’s see whether the shares can retest last year’s 2p plus peak by the end of the year.

RentGuarantor (RGG), a leading provider of rent guarantee services, which includes property protection, to tenants and landlords in the UK  private rental sector, provided an unaudited trading update covering the eight months ended 31 August 2026, and an update on the Group’s outlook for the rest of the year and into 2027. Trading performance. Accelerated operational momentum driving record financial performance.

Comment: I am in a chat group where someone goes on like a broken record about how well they have done in RGG shares. Yeah, yeah, well done. Are they pleased because they never expected it, or perhaps this is actually a good little company in a decent niche area. I cannot be bothered to ask… A 120p technical target from a June rising trend channel on the daily chart being hit, should make our friend even more insufferable.

Forgent plc (FORG), the Australian-focused critical and precious minerals explorer, announced that it has launched a refreshed website, designed to better reflect the Company’s change in primary business strategy and the Australian exploration portfolio. The website address remains unchanged at: www.forgentplc.com.

Comment: Given how many people on X seem to be diligently trying to hype up the FORG share price, so far to no avail, one wonders whether a new look website will do the trick. Probably not. Maybe I could be asked to try and hype up the stock too?
