At a press conference on Monday, Trump reiterated his threat to attack Iran’s civilian infrastructure, including power plants and bridges, dismissing the suggestion that such actions would constitute a war crime.\n\n**Comment:** We have one of the best binary bets ever as far as the financial markets are concerned, although arguably the trade is all in Crude Oil: sell at WTI $107 or buy. If pushed, after the rise from below $70 we are looking down, but all of that depends on President Trump, or is it the Iranians?\n\n**Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (HUI),** a company focused on converting non-recyclable waste plastic into hydrogen, clean fuels and advanced materials, and which holds exclusive rights to the Inentec PEM melter system in the MENA region, announced that HUI has received a proposed letter of intent from Mithra Energy S.A., a Poland-based energy company, regarding potential cooperation for the roll out of waste plastic to hydrogen facilities in Poland. In connection with the matters set out in the proposed letter of intent, HUI further announced that it is seeking a non-exclusive licence from **Powerhouse Energy Group plc (PHE)** to promote its Distributed Modular Generation (“DMG”) technology across selected European markets.\n\n**Comment**: We have something of a two for the price of one announcement from HUI, given that it mentions its old pal PHE. What is significant here is the way that even though the former is extremely well positioned in Saudi, the original EU focus is back in play, and could yet deliver on the scale that the market was promised a few years ago. Ideally PHE gets carried along in HUI’s wake.\n\n**MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (MWE),** the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, announced that the Group has received multiple orders totaling approximately US$6m. The main orders include: i) a US$2.2m contract for PSK to supply communications infrastructure to the Israeli Ministry of Defence; ii) a US$1.9m contract to supply military antennas to an international defence company; iii) a US$0.5m contract for military antennas from a local defence company; and iv) additional orders totaling approximately US$1.3m for MTI Summit to supply components primarily to a defence company.  These orders are expected to be delivered during 2026 and 2027.\n\n**Comment:** Not surprisingly, given the Israel / US vs Iran conflict at the moment, MWE has been a major beneficiary of the situation, with the latest news reminding us of the privileged position the company is in.\n\n**BSF Enterprise PLC (BSFA),** a leader in the field of tissue engineering and sustainable biotechnology, announce the successful unveiling of the world’s first handbag made from cultivated T-Rex Leather™ via its wholly owned subsidiary Lab-Grown Leather Ltd. The one-of-a-kind luxury handbag is now on display up until 10 May 2026 at the Art Zoo Museum in Amsterdam.\n\n**Comment:** Although we have already been treated to a decent amount of T-Rextasy last week, BSFA seems keen on ramping up the interest, and presumably the share price yet further with pictures of a handbag and the dinosaur that bears its name.\n\n**GoldStone Resources Limited (GRL)** announced the appointment of Dr Bob Foster as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect. The Company also announced that Mike Jones, currently a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as an Executive Director with immediate effect. This transition reflects the Company’s commitment to strengthening its executive leadership.\n\n**Comment:** We have already got the message that GRL has revamped itself as far as its acquisition of a 50% interest in Sierra Leone incorporated gold exploration company Mincorp. The share price has been lifted by the rising tide in this space, so beefing up the management is the icing on the cake as far as the company repositioning itself in a serious manner.\n\n**Hot Rocks (AQSE:HRIP)** announced positive developments within the Company’s portfolio of interests. **Mendell Helium (AQSE:MDH):** The Company holds 5,100,000 ordinary shares in Mendell and notes its recent share price movements having traded above 6p per share. Hot Rocks also holds 7,500,000 warrants – half of which are exercisable at 4p per new Mendell ordinary share and half at 6p per new Mendell ordinary share. Hot Rocks has increased its equity position in Sunshine Gold from 25% to 49%.\n\n**Central Gold Limited:** The Company has invested US$25,000 into Central Gold which is advancing its copper and gold licences in Tanganyika Province, DRC. They have received positive assay results from their maiden drilling.\n\n**Futuro Resources Limited**: The Company has invested £25,000 into Futuro which is planning to infill drill the Lavra Vehla gold resource in Brazil, drill-test the northern extension, deliver a JORC compliant Mineral Resource Estimate, complete metallurgical test work, initiate a pre-feasibility study on the project and advance permitting.\n\n**Cobra Resources plc (COBR): ** The Company participated in the recent successful £4.5 million (net) fundraise. It is intended that Cobra utilises the funds to accelerate Manna Hill Copper Project drilling following a scalable copper discovery and to advance Boland Rare Earth Project through pre-feasibility. These work programmes have the potential to establish Cobra as a significant copper and rare earths developer in South Australia.\n\n**Comment:** Although it is notoriously difficult for small / micro cap companies to hit enough winners and scale, if there is a company that can climb the north face of the Eiger successfully, it could very well be that HRIP manages to pull this off. The investment in MDH is clearly a highlight given the helium price surge.\n\n**Aterian plc (ATN),** the critical minerals exploration and development company, provided an update on its Rwandan mineral trading operations for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026. The Company continued to deliver strong growth in its trading activities during the period, generating an unaudited gross profit of approximately US$306,000. This represents a significant increase from the US$145,000 reported in Q4 2025, reflecting both higher volumes and improved operational efficiency.\n\n**Comment:** Although it has clearly been a struggle for ATN, both strategically and in terms of the market messaging, it does appear that the company is getting there. Clearly, given the lay of the land as far as exploration and development these days, it would be difficult not to succeed.\n\n**MedPal AI (MPAL),** the AI-powered, integrated digital health company, announced a record month of pharmacy dispensing activity at its wholly owned subsidiary, MedPal Limited. Record month: 41,600 prescription items dispensed in March 2026, the highest monthly volume since operations commenced, representing growth of 27.5% month-on-month. Annualised revenue: Pharmacy operations now exceed £5 million in annualised turnover based on March 2026 dispensing volumes.\n\n**Comment:** It is something of a headscratcher that the better the numbers / progress reported by MPAL, the worse that the market appears to take it. Apart from a PR transplant, we are clearly waiting for something out of the ordinary, such as perhaps being EBITDA positive.\n\n**MobilityOne (MBO),** the e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platform provider, noted that a Form 8-K (current report) has been filed by Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corporation (“TETE”) on 2 April 2026 (the “TETE Filing”). The TETE Filing is available for viewing on the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s website. The TETE Filing notes, amongst other matters, that at the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of TETE held on 30 March 2026, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.\n\n**Comment:** Although we are being treated to a drip-drip of news, the market seems to be lapping it up with double digit share price rises by the day for MBO. The path to Nirvana seems to be a very enjoyable one in this case.  Our technical target of 15p beckons within days at the current rate of share price ascent.\n\n![](https://www.share-talk.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Zak-Mir-@ZaksTradersCafe-_-Twitter-Google-Chrome-2022-09-11-at-11.06.02-AM-291x300.jpeg)\n\n[Author](https://twitter.com/ZaksTradersCafe)[@ZaksTradersCafe](https://twitter.com/ZaksTradersCafe)\n\n**Disclaimer & Declaration of Interest:**\n\nThe information, investment views, and recommendations in this Zaks Traders Cafe interview are provided for general information purposes only.
