It is evident that Firering Strategic Minerals (FRG) is continuing to finesse recent strong news. The exploration company focusing on critical minerals, announced the final set of assay results from its maiden scout diamond drill programme at its flagship Atex Lithium-Tantalum Project, in Côte d’Ivoire.
The company said there have been several significant intercepts throughout the phase one scout drilling campaign, including one exceptional intercept of 64m Intercept @ 1.24% Li2O in hole TVDD0004 announced last month, which ranked among the world’s top five drill hits in October. FTG added that ts final assay results have not disappointed, with additional significant intercepts, including 25m, grading 1.39% Li2O identified.
Smarttech247 (S247), a provider of AI enhanced cybersecurity services, announced that its Ordinary Shares will today be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. under the ticker “S247”. As announced on 1 December 2022, Smarttech247 has successfully raised gross proceeds of £3.67 million. The placing price was 29.66p giving the company a market cap of £36.80 million at Admission.
Horizonte Minerals (HZM) reported that it is continuing to make good progress on the construction of its 100%-owned Araguaia Nickel Project in Brazil which remains on-budget and on-schedule to commence production in Q1-2024.
Vela Technologies (VELA), an AIM-quoted investing company focused on early stage and pre-IPO disruptive technology investments, announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022. The company said the investment portfolio comprises a total of 13 investee companies. 12 of these are held as investments and had a fair value of £3.546 million as at 30 September 2022 (31 March 2022 £2.603 million; 30 September 2021: £2.412 million).
Argos Resources (ARG), the Falkland Islands based exploration company, announced that the Company and JHI Associates Inc., have entered into an agreement pursuant to which it is proposed that JHI will acquire Argos’ PL001 Production Licence interests in the North Falkland Basin. Argos said JHI has ample cash reserves which are more than sufficient to cover the investments required to advance the exploration activities on Licence PL001 and to meet the financial capability criteria to support a licence extension to 31 December 2024.
Altona (ANR), a mining exploration company, announced its final results for the year ended 30 June 2022. The company said it has been working efficiently towards delivering a resource estimate which will be the first independent evaluation of our Monte Muambe project. It believed this report will clearly demonstrate the significance and viability of the asset ahead of us commencing pre-feasibility work in 2023.
CleanTech Lithium (CTL), an exploration and development company, announced that an application has been filed with the OTC Markets Group for the Company’s Ordinary Shares to be publicly cross traded on the OTCQX Market based in the United States.
Tungsten West (TUN), the mining company focussed on Devon, provided an update on permitting, having received approval for the Mining Waste Facility permit and the Open Pit Water Abstraction Licence, two significant milestones within the Project plan.
C4X Discovery Holdings (C4XD), a Drug Discovery company, announced its full year audited results for the year ended 31 July 2022. The company said that with its partnered programmes making good progress, it now looks to advance the lead programmes in our portfolio to a partnerable stage and transition our early-stage programmes into the next phase where it will be able to provide more detail on the targets and ambitions for the portfolio.
Red Rock Resources (RRR), the natural resource development company, announced it has entered into a funding agreement with Diversified Metals Holdings, LLC, a U.S.-based institutional investor. The company said it will initially raise $500,000 by way of a subscription to an ascribed value of $548,000.
Serinus Energy (SENX) announced that the CTF-04 rig has completed rig-up and is preparing to commence operations. This operation will install the first submersible pump into the Sabria W-1 well as part of the Company’s Artificial Lift programme for the Sabria field. The completion of the planned operation is expected to take 60 days. Independent engineering analysis by SGS has determined that a successful workover and pump installation has an estimated initial mean increase in gross production of 796 boe/d.
Actual Experience (ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, announced an update on trading for the financial year ended 30 September 2022, as well as recent progress regarding important commercial initiatives. The company said there has been continuing momentum and clear progress achieved in recent months driven by our new leadership team and a stronger commercial focus.
