Europa Oil & Gas (EOG), the oil and gas production company, announced its audited final results for the 12-month period ended 31 July 2022. The company said that revenue more than quadrupled to £6.6 million (2021: £1.4 million). Pre-tax profit of £1.4 million (2021: pre-tax loss £0.85 million).

Oracle Power (ORCP), the international natural resources project developer, announced that its subsidiary, Oracle Energy, has signed a letter of Intent with TÜV SÜD to explore green hydrogen and green ammonia certification relating to the green hydrogen project in development in Pakistan.

ATOME Energy (ATOM), the green hydrogen and ammonia production company, noted the meeting between the Presidents of Germany and Paraguay at which they discussed the importance of green hydrogen production. The company said The EU is already the largest trading partner of the South America Mercosur trading countries of which Paraguay is a member and ATOME is ideally situated to play a major role in the supply of cost effective green energy.

Omega (ODX), the specialist medical diagnostics company, announced that it has signed heads of terms with regards to a partnership agreement with a leading nutrigenomics software provider to develop and commercialise a bespoke DNA report for Omega.

Joules Group (JOUL) announced an update on financing process, intention to appoint administrators and suspension of trading in shares. This continues the recent run of companies who offer a false dawn reprieve on their fate, only to subsequently succumb.

Asiamet Resources (ARS) announced further positive results from studies being completed as part of the 2022 feasibility study update for its BKM copper project located in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The company said the delivery of an up-to-date FS for the BKM Copper project is a necessity for advancing project financing. This update incorporates both the physical inputs and cost assumptions.

SDX Energy (SDX), announce a successful two well drilling campaign in Morocco that opens up a new producing area. Further wells are planned in Morocco for 2023 to drive production and revenue growth. The company said the SAK-1 well has already been connected to the Company’s infrastructure and testing results indicate that in place volumes will be on the higher side of the pre-drill P50 estimate of 0.44 bcf.

SRT (SRT), the supplier of maritime surveillance systems, announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022. The company achieved a 300% year on year H1 period revenue increase to £18.8m (H1 2021 £4.7m), a 38% gross profit margin (H1 2021 36%), and a £2.1m profit after tax (H1 2021 Loss of £3.1m).

Artemis Resources (ARV) announced the first results of regional target generation across its ~220sqkm, 100% owned tenement package. The company said that over the last 12 to 18 months its focus has been the delivery of a new, high-grade resource at Greater Carlow. Marillion and Europa are the highest priority greenfield targets developed thus far.

Mobile Streams (MOS), the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, announced it has signed a 5-year contract to be the exclusive provider of all NFTs for LPGA golfer Gaby Lopez. Under the terms of the Agreement, the parties have agreed a target revenue figure over the 5 years of the contract of which MOS’s share is approximately $3.6 million.

S4 Capital (SFOR) said that third quarter Operational EBITDA improved significantly over the first half. Operational EBITDA for 2022 was in line with July revised target of approximately £120 million. The company said continued client conversion is at scale with ten “whoppers” now in sight and top 50 clients’ average revenue grows by 70% year on year. It is interesting that S4 has used a term most commonly associated with Burger King.

Pensana (PRE) reported on the results from the recently completed exploration programme on the Coola Exploration Licence located 40 kilometres north of Longonjo. The company said exploration activities have been focused on three highly prospective targets namely the Sulima West carbonatite, the Benge Novo alkaline complex and the Coola carbonatite. The results from Sulima West are considered to be a significant discovery and will be the main focus of exploration activities in 2023.

Condor Gold (CNR) announced that it has published its unaudited financial results for the three and nine months ending 30 September 2022. The company said during the third quarter of 2022, Condor Gold continued on its journey of de-risking the La India Gold Project, advancing the Project to near construction-ready status. The strategy has been to develop the fully permitted La India Project in 2 stages using the new SAG Mill that has already been purchased.

Alba Mineral Resources (ALBA) noted the announcement by its portfolio company, GreenRoc Mining (GROC), of the first batch of assay results from drill core taken from the 2022 Phase Two drilling programme at GreenRoc’s flagship Amitsoq Graphite Project in South Greenland. GreenRoc said that to return grades of just under 20% graphite across the UGL and consistently in excess of 20% across the thicker LGL is truly remarkable and continues to showcase Amitsoq as a world-class asset with significant commercial potential. Alba holds a 54% majority interest in GreenRoc.

Kropz (KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announced it has entered into a new conditional convertible equity facility of up to $31.6 million, with ARC Fund, the company’s major shareholder, in order to progress the ramp-up of operations at the Company’s Elandsfontein phosphate project in South Africa.

Midatech Pharma (MTPH), an R&D biotechnology company, announced the enrolment of the first patient into its Phase 1 study of MTX110 in recurrent glioblastoma (rGB) (NCT 05324501) at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University, USA.

Aeorema Communications (AEO), a strategic communications group, announced its audited results for the year ended 30 June 2022, a period in which record revenue and profits have been reported. The company delivered a record operational and financial performance: Revenue up 140% to £12.2 million (2021: £5.09m). Profit before tax of £843,564 (2021: loss of £159,698).

Lexington Gold (LEX), the gold exploration and development company, announced the receipt of a maiden independent JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate for the Jones-Keystone side of the Jones-Keystone-Loflin. The company said this maiden JORC resource estimation of 128,000 gold ounces for Jones-Keystone, which forms part of its JKL Project, has surpassed expectations.

Union Jack Oil (UJO), a UK focused onshore exploration company, announced that material landmark net revenues of $11,000,000 have been achieved from the Wressle hydrocarbon development, located within licences PEDL180 and PEDL182, in North Lincolnshire on the western margin of the Humber Basin. Union Jack holds a 40% economic interest in this development.

RUA Life Sciences (RUA), a group of medical device businesses, provided an unaudited trading update for the six-month period ended 30 September 2022. Sales (including royalties) for the period increased to £1,104k, representing year on year growth of 56% (H1 2022: £708k).
