DeepVerge (DVRG), the environmental and life science group, announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022.

The company grew H1 2022 revenues by 94% to £6.436m (H1 2021: £3.319m). Production orders of £5m for Modern Water equipment, announced on 11 March 2022, contributed to an increase in inventories at the end of H1, ready to be shipped and recognised in H2 2022. The company said it has a substantial order book of £8.87m for H2 supply and expects to continue its year-on-year history of revenues weighted in H2 over H1 since 2018.

i3 Energy (I3E), an independent oil and gas company, announced the spud of the Serenity appraisal well on UK Licence P.2358, Block 13/23c. i3 owns a 75% working interest in the field. The drilling programme is expected to last approximately 30 days. The well will be plugged and abandoned after completion of all drilling operations.

Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG), an independent upstream oil and gas company, announced its unaudited Interim Results for the six month period ended 30 June 2022. The company said that great progress is being made with the GBA farm-out process – the key activity for the Group in 2022. Interest is strong, technical studies across the various development solutions are well advanced and commercial discussions are ongoing with serious, well-funded counterparties.

Bluejay Mining (JAY), the exploration company, announced its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. The company said it has seen material progress made across its entire portfolio during the Period. Work with Bluejay’s JV partners has enabled it to run multiple partner funded exploration programmes over the field season in both Greenland and Finland.

Mobile Streams (MOS), the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is proud to announce it has signed a 5-year contract to be the exclusive provider of all NFT products for Atlante Football club. Atlante is a Mexican football club based in Mexico City, known as El Equipo del Pueblo.

Atlantic Lithium (ALL), the African-focussed lithium company, announced the completion of the Pre-Feasibility Study on the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana, West Africa, demonstrating the significant profitability potential of this stand-out project. Post-tax NPV of $1.33bn with free cash flow of $2bn from Life of Mine revenues of $4.84bn.

Streaks Gaming PLC, a UK-based provider of conversational gaming products is pleased to announce its intention to join the main market of the London Stock Exchange this autumn. The flotation is expected to value Streaks at approximately £10.2m (pre-money) and will make it the first LSE-listed “pure-play” conversational gaming company.

Good Energy (GOOD) investment Zap-Map, the UK chargepoint mapping service, and automotive manufacturer Nissan have announced a partnership today in which purchasers of Nissan’s Electric vehicles will be provided with a Zap-Map Premium subscription that includes in-car support via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Nissan Electric vehicle purchasers can now receive three years’ free subscription to Zap-Map’s Premium service.

Conduity Capital (CCAP) has been actively progressing a reverse takeover of Smarttech247, a global managed detection and response company. Following the outcome of initial marketing, Smarttech247 has now decided that it would be preferable to seek a direct IPO rather than RTO with Conduity and so will be seeking a listing on AIM in Q4 2022.

Venture Life Group (VLG), a manufacturer of products for the self-care market, presented its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. Revenue growth was of +36% to £18.9 million (2021: £13.9 million). Gross profit margin increased +55% to £7.7 million (2021: £4.9 million), gross margin percentage increased 5.0 percentage points to 40.6% (2021: 35.6%).

Prospex Energy (PXEN), the AIM quoted investment company, announced its unaudited Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. This revealed £5,120,408 net profit after taxation from continuing operations (H1 2021 profit: £129,356). The company said it has had a very busy year with outstanding progress made across both its investments, Selva and El Romeral.

Osirium Technologies (OSI), a vendor of cloud-based cybersecurity and IT automation software, announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. Total recognised revenue up 23% to £0.91 million (1H 2021: £0.74 million), a record for the Group. Total bookings increased by 30% to £1.18 million (1H 2021: £0.91 million), also a record for the Group, reflecting the success of the Group’s continued customer acquisition strategy, alongside larger average contract values.

Dekel Agri-Vision (DKL), the West African agribusiness company, announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. The showed record EBITDA and record Net Profit after Tax delivered from the Ayenouan palm oil plant in Côte d’Ivoire primarily driven by record Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil pricing and an improved extraction rate, offsetting much lower than typical high season production volumes.

Great Western Mining (GWMO), announced final assay results from its recent drilling programme in the OMCO Mine area of the Olympic Gold Project in Mineral County, Nevada. The company said the trend is open to the southeast in unexplored acreage adjacent to the old workings. This is a very exciting result which will enable it to home in on the potential of the asset.
