RNS Hotlist with Zak Mir: CPI, UFO, HERC, TM1, WVIA, WCAT, GEX, SEEN, AMGO, ENSI, EDX, GENF, FPP & BSFA

Capita plc (CPI) today announced that it has secured a five-year extension for its two Transport for London (TfL) Road User Charging contracts. The extensions run from October 2026 to September 2031, with options to extend for up to a further two years to September 2033.

The combined value of the extensions is expected to be approximately £424.6m over the initial five-year term. The extensions cover both TfL’s Business Operations and Enforcement Operations contracts which support the operation of London’s Road User Charging schemes, including the Congestion Charge, Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), Low Emission Zone (LEZ) and Tunnels User Charging schemes.

Comment: Just in case anyone forgets what a rip off the Mayoral system is, especially in London, with “local” politics and local people paying through the nose for the admin and associated pen pushers, we have the reminder from CPI how much of a gravy train the whole thing is. A candidate to abolish the Mayor Of London is urgently required to win.

Alien Metals Limited (UFO), a minerals exploration and development company, provided a corporate and strategic update for the Company. This update comes further to the Company’s announcement on 16 July 2026 announcing the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the Georgina Basin Iron-Oxide Copper-Gold (“IOCG”) Project, the appointment of Vincent Fayad as Executive Director and a new executive team, as well as the appointment of Michael Carter as Non-Executive Chairman. The Company intends to revamp and refresh its existing portfolio with a clear focus on maximising shareholder value through rigorous project evaluation, selective technical work and the pursuit of potential monetisation opportunities.

Comment: What an excellent corporate and strategic update from UFO, one that leaves us perhaps understand even less about the corporate and strategic goals the company has. Indeed, the plus point here is that unless we know where the company is going, we are saved from the next fundraise, something which may give the share price some breathing space.

Hercules PLC (HERC), a leading UK power and infrastructure services group, announced the launch of a dedicated Power & Energy Services division, supported by its own focused management team. This division will sit alongside Labour Supply Services and Construction Services as one of the Group’s three core service divisions. Each division will be reported separately in the Company’s financial results announcements, providing greater visibility of their individual performance and growth. This decision reflects the strong momentum Hercules is experiencing in one of the UK’s most attractive long-term infrastructure markets and the Board’s ambition to accelerate growth by expanding the Group’s capabilities, customer relationships and operational capacity.

Comment: Apart from Capita above, is there any better play on the public sector gravy train than HERC? Of course, one would want to have been commissioned to build the £100m or was it £200m “bat shed”, but such opportunities do not happen every day. That said, perhaps HERC could now supply the energy / power for the “Bat shed”?

Technology Minerals Plc (TM1), the UK listed company focused on building national resource and manufacturing resilience, announce that it has agreed terms for the settlement of its disputed convertible loan note position with CLG Capital LLC (“CLG”), completing the restructuring of the Company’s legacy convertible loan note (“CLN”) liabilities. TM1 said “The CLG settlement marks the end of the initial phase of our relaunch. Over recent months we have secured material discounts across our legacy convertible instruments, capitalised a significant portion of the residual liabilities and placed the balance onto manageable term debt. Combined with our recent successful fundraise of approximately £2.15 million, the result is a fundamentally stronger balance sheet and the removal of a material overhang. These settlements form part of a new, disciplined approach to capital structure and balance sheet management as we reposition the Company under the Mantle strategy. We are grateful to all counterparties for the constructive manner in which these agreements have been reached.”

Comment: One could have guessed that Callum Sommerton would not have been joining TM1 as Non-Executive Director at a bad time, as he is a canny chap. This has so far proven to be the case, with the latest announcement building further confidence after the recent fundraise. Clearing the decks of legacy issues is the name of the game for the company at the moment.

Winvia Entertainment (WVIA), a technology-led entertainment business, focused on prize draw competitions and online gaming, announce that it has entered into a partnership with Aston Villa Football Club to launch a new Aston Villa-branded prize draw competition. Under the partnership, Winvia will develop and operate the official Aston Villa prize draw competition, ‘Villa Win’, a new prize draw competition for Aston Villa supporters.

Comment: Although “Villa Win” is clearly an oxymoron, even with the support of the future King of England, WVIA is not an insignificant company with a market cap of over £250m. Therefore, one might assume that the recent recovery in the shares may continue, especially given the way that somehow Villa managed to be fourth in the league last season.

Wildcat Gold Plc (WCAT) provided an update on the Company’s proposed admission to trading of its shares on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market. The Company expects to follow the following timetable:

1)   3 August 2026: Wildcat announces its intention to cancel its main market listing and that it will fast track to Aquis on 31 August 2026.

2)   17 August 2026: Wildcat publishes its Admission Announcement and Aquis publishes the Application notice.

3)   1 September 2026. Cancellation of Main Market Listing and Admission to the Aquis Stock Exchange. First Dealing Day on the new exchange.

During this time-frame, new board members will be announced as well as sufficient funds raised to satisfy Aquis admission requirements. These dates are provisional and could be subject to change. Mandhir Singh (CEO/Founder) – The above timetable finally gives shareholders a roadmap as the Company transforms itself into a gold producer.

Comment: There is only one issue as far as WCAT and the stock market is concerned: does the market believe that it will be a gold producer? Does the market believe that what it is saying is true regarding this? If it is on its way to production then clearly the current market cap is way to low. Indeed, such a conundrum would mean that when the Aquis funds are raised there will be little downside at all for shareholders. Oh yes, “Aquis Growth Market” and “Fast Track”.

Georgina Energy plc (GEX), announce that it has, in addition to the £1.5m equity raise announced on 31 July 2026, successfully raised a further £500,000 through the issue of 5,555,556 new ordinary shares on the same terms as the July Raise.  The Additional Raise has been subscribed for by one institutional investor introduced by Fortified Securities. The net proceeds of the Additional Raise will primarily be to advance the work programmes and for general working capital, with the additional capital enabling an acceleration of the programmes originally being fully funded by the July Raise.

Comment: Hopefully now the crackpot, shorting conspiracy coverage that the company has been on the receiving end of since before it came to market and purely for malicious reasons (as always), as the company now has enough cash to prove up Hussar, and cannot be sabotaged like so many undercapitalised small caps by bad actors.

SEEEN (SEEN), the media and technology platform that delivers AI-infused Key Video Moments to drive increased views and revenues across all video content, presented its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and an unaudited update on trading in 2026. During 2025, the Group grew revenues by 65% to $5.0 million and achieved operating cash flow breakeven. During 1H 2026, this momentum has continued with organic revenue growth of 45% ahead of 1H25. Furthermore, during 1H 2026, the business also made the accretive acquisition of Streaming Limited (trading as MEDIAL) to enter the further education video market.

Comment: What a journey CEO Adrian Hargrave has been through over the years, and how long it has taken to prove the video moments model. While it may still be early to sing victory, the story of the company has been that persistence does prevail.

Amigo Resources PLC (AMGO) announced that its Tanzanian processing operations have produced 5 kilograms of gold since the commissioning of processing activities. This achievement marks the Company’s first meaningful production and serves as a formal validation of the Group’s vertically integrated mining and processing strategy. Achievement of the first 5 kilograms of gold produced between the start of commissioning (as announced on 24 July 2026) and 31 July 2026 from the Company’s Mojimoto and Kabete operations.

Comment: We were on the receiving end of quite a smug sounding RNS last week from AMGO, and now we know why. The management of the company must be feeling quite smug. Chart wise a break of 2.75p resistance could see 3p plus 2026 highs revisited before the summer heatwaves fade for good.

EnSilica plc (ENSI), a leading fabless microchip maker with a growing portfolio of reusable IP, serving the Space and Communications, Industrial, and Automotive markets, is pleased to announce that it has secured a second contract worth €1.7 million from a leading European satellite manufacturer. The contract follows the completion of an earlier funded feasibility contract for a new satellite payload communications ASIC programme, which was one of the three satellite payload feasibility studies announced by the Company on 3 November 2025. This second contract represents the next phase of the original engagement, and is expected to be delivered over approximately 10 months. Building on the feasibility study, EnSilica will develop the system architecture, signal processing algorithms and systems demonstrator device required before the ASIC enters the full development phase.

Comment: Not sure how many people actually know what a fabless microchip is, but it really does not matter. ENSI is perhaps the greatest UK tech prospect since ARM, and one hopes that when the time comes it does not leave the sinking ship this country has been turned into, and head off to the NASDAQ. At 77p the shares are now too far off their 2026 peaks.

EDX Medical Group (EDX), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services for major diseases, announced today that the Company and its partners have completed the development and technical validation of a pioneering rapid pneumonia test for critically ill patients that is now being deployed successfully in NHS clinical practice.

Comment: It would appear that EDX thinks that its shareholders only care about health and not about the financials regarding its multifarious (yes, great word) testing products. It really would be good to see some numbers alongside saving the world RNS announcements.

Genflow Biosciences Plc (GENF), an emerging leader in the field of longevity research, announced progress across its two principal SIRT6 patent families covering its centenarian-derived SIRT6 variant (SIRT6c; N308K/A313S). GENF said “Protecting our centenarian-derived SIRT6 variant remains central to Genflow’s strategy. Our foundational SIRT6c family, which is exclusively licensed to Genflow, seeks broad protection for the variant, while our Company-owned MASH family adds indication-specific claims. Progress in the US and Europe, alongside our delivery and muscular-disease filings, advances a layered intellectual property strategy spanning the variant, its delivery and its potential therapeutic applications.”

Comment: It is certainly good news that GENF has IP to patent, and that it is moving along in its mission to ensure that our pets and then us ourselves can live for as long as possible. So far the market seems to be more concerned with how much all this may cost, rather than focusing on the incredible benefit / good work the company is doing.

Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited (FPP) announced an extract from its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2026. FPP said “The Board continued to review a number of potential acquisition opportunities across the sector but none of which met the necessary criteria for selection as at the end of the year. It is expected that with the potential improvement in the market conditions for raising capital and undertaking reverse takeovers in the UK along with the changes to the UK listing regime recently announced by the FCA that the Company will have improved prospects for identifying a potential target. We currently appear to be in an extended period of global volatility which hasn’t assisted the landscape in the UK for IPO’s with a fairly limited number successfully coming to market.”

Comment: One senses that FPP is being somewhat fussy in terms of who it gets into bed with, so to speak, given that it should be a perfect candidate for a deal, and at a perfect time when the UK is turning into M&A heaven. Don’t wait too long, for both the sake of shareholders and current market conditions. If you snooze, you may lose. Who knows, people might want to go to the Aquis “Growth Market”?

BSF Enterprise PLC (BSFA), the tissue engineering company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding Heads of Terms (“HoT”) with US-based brand operator IMPOSTER LLC  to establish a Joint Venture Company (“JVCO”). The proposed partnership provides a capital-efficient, de-risked route for BSF to commercialise its proprietary T-Rex Leather™ in the lucrative North American luxury market, while fully preserving the Company’s independent commercial rights across primary global volume categories.

Comment: BSFA is another of the small cap companies that gets psychotic stick as part of the ongoing PR protection racket on the London stock market. Presumably, today’s 50% share price rise will attract more low grade name calling, trying to get the share price down.
