Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), an international oil and gas exploration, production and development company, announced that its Board of Directors approved the granting of 15,430,000 Share Options of the Company effective January 29, 2022.

The Share Options were granted under the Company’s Share Option Plan at an exercise price of C$0.54 per share to the Company’s directors, officers, and employees and expire five years from the date of grant.

Jubilee Metals Group (JLP), a metals processing group with operations in Africa, announced its unaudited operational results for the six months to 31 December 2021. The company said it has successfully completed its fully integrated, Inyoni chrome and PGM facility in South Africa, and further delivered on its Southern Copper Refining Strategy in Zambia. JLP said it is looking forward to the targeted ramp-up at Roan enabling it to take another major step in our commitment to achieve annual copper production of 25 000 tonnes.

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas (ECO), the oil and gas exploration company focused on the offshore Atlantic Margins, confirms that it has signed a definitive Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Azinam Group Limited in return for a 16.5% equity stake in the company. The Acquisition is expected to complete in two to three weeks pending TSX-V approval.

Eurasia Mining (EUA), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company, announce the reserves and resources breakdown by metals for the Monchetundra Project, the NKT area, and the projects included in the agreement with Rosgeo. Nickel leads the way with 388,485 tonnes, with Copper at 292,714.

Serinus Energy (SENX), announced it has commenced a 105 kilometre 2D acquisition program in Romania. The data acquisition is planned to be carried out over 10 days. Subsequently, the data will be sent for processing and AVO analysis. This seismic program is being shot to the north of the Moftinu gas field, providing additional seismic coverage over the company’s highest ranked exploration prospects.

Rainbow Rare Earths (RBW) announced positive results from the ongoing phased test work programme at the Phalaborwa Project, in South Africa. The test work is being conducted in conjunction with ANSTO Minerals in Australia, and K-Technologies Inc. The results of the test work are enabling Rainbow to develop an economic rare earths extraction flowsheet currently as part of the feasibility study for the Project.

Oracle Power (ORCP), the international natural resources project developer, revealed an Information Memorandum in relation to the company’s proposed green hydrogen project in Pakistan. Energy from green hydrogen production is internationally regarded as a key potential fuel for a carbon neutral future and hydrogen production projects are increasingly being adopted internationally. Oracle said it is well positioned and plans to be the first to set up a hydrogen production facility in Pakistan, a targeting a globally competitive cost of approximately $2 per kg of Hydrogen.

Blencowe Resources (BRES) announced exceptional high-grade drilling results which will help to strengthen the updated JORC Mineral Resource and Reserve Estimate update at its Orom-Cross graphite project in Uganda, scheduled for release by end February 2022. The results highlight the quality of the Project’s mineralisation and ultimately its ability to be one of the lowest cost producers of graphite concentrate internationally.

Empire Metals (EEE), the AIM-quoted resource exploration and development company, will commence a strategic phase of exploratory drilling at the Eclipse Gold Project in conjunction with an initial drilling campaign at the new Gindalbie Gold Project, located immediately adjacent and southeast to Eclipse within the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. This significantly larger, newly combined Eclipse-Gindalbie project area provides the Company with an advanced gold exploration opportunity. As a result, the cxompany has decided not to take up the Option over the Central Menzies Gold Project in order to focus its activities on the more promising Eclipse and Gindalbie Projects.

Nuformix (NFX), a pharmaceutical development company, announced that following the company’s signing of an exclusive global licensing agreement with Oxilio Ltd for NXP001 on 13 September 2021, Oxilio has progressed the product and signed a significant service contract with Quotient Sciences Ltd to support the formulation development of NXP001. NXP001 is a proprietary new form of aprepitant which is currently marketed for cancer chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
