Arrow Exploration (AXL) announced the results of the East Pepper well testing on the Pepper Block in the Alberta, Canada. The company said it was encouraged by the better-than-expected East Pepper production test, the second well on the Pepper block.

Continued strong production rates from existing tied-in wells combined with the encouraging results from new drills in Colombia support the company’s objective of achieving a production rate of 3,000 boe/d within 18 months of its AIM listing.

Panthera Resources (PAT), with assets in West Africa and India, announced the Labola assay results from the June 2022 drilling programme completed by Moydow. The Project has an Indicated Mineral Resource of 264,000oz @ 1.52g/t Au and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 371,000 oz @ 1.67 g/t Au. Going forward, the Labola project has been renamed the Cascades Gold Project.

i3 Energy (I3E), an independent oil and gas company with assets and operations in the UK and Canada, announced its monthly dividend totalling £1.6996 million / 0.1425 pence/share. The Ex-Dividend Date is 15 Sept 2022 and the Payment date 7 Oct 2022.

Keras Resources (KRS) announced that it will extend its summer mining campaign at its high-grade Diamond Creek organic phosphate mine, in Utah, USA. The company said the demand for its high-grade organic rock phosphate continues to grow encouragingly as evidenced by the significant increase in expected August 2022 sales of 500t to physical deliveries of 700t, largely to distributers in the Central California Valley.

Chariot (CHAR), the African focused transitional energy company, announced it has signed a Pipeline Tie-In Agreement with the Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines securing access to the major Maghreb Europe Gas Pipeline in Morocco.

Destiny Pharma (DEST), a clinical stage biotechnology company, announced that it has received positive feedback from the European Medicine Agency on the proposed NTCD-M3 Phase 3 development programme. NTCD-M3 is the lead clinical candidate being developed by Destiny Pharma for the prevention of the recurrence of infections caused by toxic strains of the gut bacteria Clostridioides difficile.

Aura Renewable Acquisitions (AURA), a UK-based company, announced its maiden interim results for the period from the date of incorporation on 4 November 2021 to 30 June 2022. The company said that as a result of these market forces, it is more confident than ever that the renewable energy sector will offer excellent opportunities for acquisitive and organic growth for the foreseeable future.

Zinnwald Lithium (ZWND), the German focused lithium development company, announced that a NI 43-101 standard Preliminary Economic Study has been published on its integrated Zinnwald Lithium Project in Germany focused on supplying battery grade lithium hydroxide to the European battery sector.

Bluejay Mining (JAY), the exploration and development company, announced that the first exploration programme of 2022 has been successfully completed at the Enonkoski nickel-copper-cobalt Project in eastern Finland as part of the Joint Venture & earn-in agreement with Rio Tinto Exploration Finland Oy announced 10 November 2020.

Mkango Resources (MKA) and CoTec Holdings Corp. announce that CoTec has agreed to advance a further £500,000 to Mkango by way of a convertible advance note and Mkango has agreed to extend CoTec’s exclusivity period with respect to the proposed transaction, announced on 30 May 2022, until 30 November 2022.

Prospex Energy (PXEN), the AIM-quoted investment company, announced that 3 pence warrants have been exercised, generating proceeds of £100,000.02 for the company.

Synairgen (SNG), the respiratory company developing SNG001, announced positive data from additional assessments of lung sputum samples from its Phase 2 clinical trial of inhaled SNG001 in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients with a confirmed respiratory viral infection (SG015, NCT03570359).

Premier African Minerals (PREM) reported on assay results at Premier’s Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project. The company said these results continue to support its decision to proceed with the pilot plant and at the same time will be incorporated into the revised Mineral Resource update required to support the DFS.

Kistos (KIST), the gas producer, provided its interim results for the period to 30 June 2022. The company said its strong cash generation for the first half of the year has been driven both by operational excellence across our assets in the Netherlands, and the high demand for natural gas across Europe.

Tipple lovers will be pleased to know that Rogue Baron (SHNJ), a company in the premium spirits sector, announced that Shinju its premium Japanese whisky is now available for sale in the UK on both Amazon and Whisky Exchange.

Thor Mining (THR) provided an exploration update on the company’s 100% owned Wedding Bell and Radium Mountain uranium and vanadium projects in the Uravan Mineral Belt, USA, Ragged Range gold-nickel project in the Pilbara, WA and Molyhil tungsten-molybdenum project, NT. The company said it is positioned well as it advances its uranium-vanadium projects and us looking forward to the commencement of its upcoming drilling program

Haydale, (HAYD), the advanced materials group, has started to supply South Korean plastics developer NeoEnpla Co., Ltd with functionalised graphene nano-platelets for use in food packaging. Functionalised using Haydale’s patented HDPlas® technology, the GNP-enhanced thermoplastic has been used to manufacture an initial sample range of food storage zipper bags and biodegradable plastic bags.

Kendrick Resources (KEN), a mineral exploration and development company, announced that (Emeritus Professor) Michael “Mike” Johnson has been appointed as a Special Advisor to the Board on Environmental, Health, Safety and Community matters.

Equals (EQLS), the fintech payments group focused on the SME marketplace, announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 and an update on trading for the period from 1 July 2022 to 5 September 2022. The company hailed an outstanding set of results with record revenue and EBITDA cementing its extremely successful transition into cash generation and, ultimately, a return to the first statutory profit since 2018.

AQRU (AQSE: AQRU), a company specialising in DeFi, announced that following an increase in business activities of its wholly owned subsidiary, Accru Finance Ltd., AQRU is now an operating company and is no longer required to be registered as an Alternative Investment Fund.

Sound Energy (SOU), the transition energy company, announced its unaudited half-year report for the six months ended 30 June 2022. The company said it was making significant progress on Phase 1 which is targeting first LNG delivery year end 2023 and advancing debt financing for Phase 2, which is planned to fund the majority of the Phase 2 development costs. It continues to be ever prudent with its G&A in order to grow and diversify both in Morocco and further afield.

BlueRock Diamonds (BRD), the AIM listed diamond mining company, announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. The company said the market remained robust with a major spike in the prices in Q1, due mainly to the concerns on the rough diamond supply side driven by the war in Ukraine. It appears to have stabilised in Q2 with the retail side influenced by the impact of inflation on disposable income and the Covid shutdowns in China, however, it is still seeing very positive prices and it is forecast the supply side will remain tight for the foreseeable future.

GreenX Metals (GRX) reported that as part of the ongoing international arbitration claims against the Republic of Poland, it has now filed its Statement of Reply in the both the BIT and ECT arbitrations. This is the final significant filing that GreenX will make for the ECT arbitration. GreenX is seeking compensation in the amount of £737 million in total across the two arbitrations Claims. Presumably shareholders are licking their lips at the thought of victory.
