Let us see whether the current low 80p’s target is hit by the end of this month, in the aftermath of the appointment of the very important sounding Mr Mats Blom.\n\n**Iofina (IOF), **specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and manufacturers of specialty chemical products, announced that it has signed agreements with an existing brine supply partner to develop the Group’s next two IOsorb® plants, IO#13 and IO#14, in the central Oklahoma core area. These two plants will be built concurrently, and groundwork is anticipated to start soon, with the IOsorb® plants preliminarily scheduled to be operational before the end of H1 2027. This project will be the largest undertaking for the Group in this core area, but otherwise the underlying characteristic of the plants will be consistent with recent IOsorb® builds.\n\n**Comment: **The message from IOF in the recent past seems to be to expand capacity as much as possible, something which we are reminded of in the wake of today’s news. With the shares already in a stock breakout we can expect a decent push towards 60p plus as we head into the autumn.\n\n**Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (SCGL)** announced that it has entered into a conditional Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of a 60% controlling interest in Finely Technology Holdings Limited, a Cayman Islands-incorporated technology company with core operations in Hong Kong focused on enterprise software, cloud-native platforms, Internet of Things (“IoT”) technologies and digital infrastructure solutions, for total consideration of £12 million.\n\n**Comment: **It has been difficult not to have a soft spot for SCGL, and not only because of the contradictory name, the disputed principality, or the way that the share price has generally played ball from a charting prospective. Today the market has so far received its deal making in a positive way with a decent share price rise.\n\n**Pantheon Resources plc (PANR)** the oil and gas company developing the Kodiak and Ahpun oil fields on Alaska’s North Slope, announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, together with corporate updates regarding completion of its 2026 seismic reprocessing project, ongoing farm-out discussions and a working capital update.  Interim results remain in line with expectations, with available cash guidance until approximately year end. Operating loss of $6.1 million (H1 2025: $7.9 million). Loss of $9.2 million (H1 2025: Net income of $2.7 million). The Company has received supportive indications of interest from Oak Securities and several institutional investors regarding potential investment, with IPGL – the family office established by Michael Spencer (Chair of Pantheon) – expected to participate pro-rata in any event.\n\n**Comment: **It would appear that even though PANR is sitting on billions of barrels that it is not producing yet, it has very rich friends in high places, some in Jermyn Street and others in a family office. With such bankrolling potential who is to question the trajectory of the share price? Not I.\n\n**Empyrean Energy plc (EME),** the oil and gas exploration and development company with interests in Australia, Indonesia, and the United States, announced that it has entered into a binding Heads of Agreement with ADX VIE GmbH in relation to the acquisition of a 10% economic interest in the GOLD Cluster, located within the ADX-AT-II licence area in Upper Austria.\n\n**Comment: **It would appear that EME is keen to build on what looks like the definitive share price and fundamental turnaround at the company, with a new deal. It may be in the less than fashionable Austria, but then again, who knows this could be the new postcode for the next decade. And at least it is not as much of a trek as most.\n\n**Mendell Helium (MDH),** the helium exploration and production company, is pleased to provide an operational update on the activities across its production wells in the Fort Dodge area, Kansas. Following the successful implementation of the Company’s de-watering approach, initial gas-bearing fluids have been observed at surface of the Rost 2-26 well, with gas analyses evidencing helium concentrations of up to 10.9%. Additionally, Rost 1-26 has successfully resumed production following scheduled downhole maintenance and tubing replacement work. The Schneweis Ventures 13A well has also commenced production with gas being delivered, without the use of a pump, directly into a pipeline owned by the Company’s joint venture partner, Ritchie Exploration Inc.\n\n**Comment: **It is still something of a novelty for any one of the London markets growing coterie of helium stocks to actually announce that they are, or are shortly going to produce the stuff. At least MDH is mentioning the P word, production in the past  / present tense, rather than the gas tomorrow of most in the space.\n\n**Strategic Minerals (SMl),** an international mineral exploration and production company, provide updates on the first batch of drillhole results from the resource infill drilling programme alongside project progress at its Redmoor Tungsten-Tin-Copper Project, located in Cornwall, UK**.** SML noted “Excellent first drilling results confirm Redmoor’s high-grade nature, further supporting the structural and high-grade continuity of the Redmoor deposit.”\n\n**Comment: **It is interesting that even though shares of SML have risen 1.5x, 4.5x, last year and the year before, and 2.5x year to date, this RNS does sound as though the company is willing the share price up, even though everyone and their mother already knows the merits of Redmoor. It will take some work to get the shares through the main near term resistance of 5.5p – 6p.\n\n**Technology Minerals Plc (TM1),** the UK listed company focused on building national resource and manufacturing resilience, is pleased to announce the Company’s rebranding, including the change of its Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic (TIDM) from TM1 to MNTL. The Company’s registered name will remain Technology Minerals Plc until the proposed change of name to Mantle Resilience.\n\n**Comment: **Given the history of the company, the name change is certainly a good idea. It is analogous from changing the name from Titanic Cruises, Shipman Pharmacies, or the best of all, from Windscale to Sellafield. That said, “Resilience” may be tempting fate. God bless her, and all those who invest in her.\n\n![](https://www.share-talk.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Zak-Mir-@ZaksTradersCafe-_-Twitter-Google-Chrome-2022-09-11-at-11.06.02-AM-291x300.jpeg)\n\n[Author ](https://twitter.com/ZaksTradersCafe)[@ZaksTradersCafe](https://twitter.com/ZaksTradersCafe)\n\n**Disclaimer & Declaration of Interest:**\n\nThe information, investment views, and recommendations in this Zaks Traders Cafe interview are provided for general information purposes only.
