The RNS Of The Day Award arguably goes to Atlantic Lithium (ALL), the lithium exploration and development company.

It announced assay results from the resource and exploration drilling programme now completed at the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana, West Africa. The company said it was delighted to report ongoing high-grade drill intersections, both within the infill programme targeting conversion of Indicated to Measured resources and within the exploration programme targeting resource growth outside the current MRE.

i3 Energy (I3E), an independent oil and gas company with assets and operations in the UK and Canada, announced its Q3 2022 operational and financial update. The company said Q3 2022 was another extremely busy operational period with extensive drilling operations being conducted in Canada and the UK. It achieved record production levels in the quarter and is on track to exceed 24,000 boepd before year end; a highly significant achievement built on the organic growth of the superbly executed drilling campaign in Canada. The benefits of this drilling success will be largely realised in 2023. i3 also revealed its Monthly Dividend totalling £1.6996 million or 0.1425 pence a share. The Ex-Dividend Date is 10 Nov 2022.

Technology Minerals (TM1), the battery metals group, announced that it has raised a total of approximately £400,000 gross at a subscription price of 1.25p. The company said it intends to use the proceeds primarily to fund the ramping up of the first phase of operations at the Tipton lead-acid battery recycling plant and prepare to commence industrial-scale processing through an automated plant following approval from the Environmental Agency.

Sound Energy (SOU), the transition energy company, provided an update confirming its wholly owned dormant subsidiary Sound Energy Morocco SARL AU has now filed to the Moroccan Court its challenge to the assessments levied against SEMS, relating to the Moroccan Tax Administration’s assessment of purported historical taxable events. The company said it continues to seek to engage constructively with the authorities but in the meantime continues to defend its rights through the Court and will continue to do so in the event that the Moroccan Tax Authority does not withdraw the assessments levied against SEMS.

Block Energy (BLOE), the exploration and production company focused on Georgia, provided an operational update on its three-project strategy. The company said the JSR-01 DEEP testing programme continues and it is pleasing to announce the commencement of Project I with the spudding of well WR-B01 ST later this month.

Sabien Technology (SNT), the company focused on a green aggregation strategy, provided an update on contract status with City Oil Field, of South Korea. Sabien said that on 26 October 2022, b.grn and COF signed a binding contract for the supply of the first 24T COF Regenerated Green Oil system into the UK, with Sabien as the sales agent under the Agreement.

Alien Metals (UFO), a minerals exploration and development company, announce that it has given notice to exercise its option to acquire an additional 39% interest in the Hancock and Brockman direct shipping iron ore projects from Windfield Metals Pty Ltd. Once concluded the Company’s direct ownership of the licences will therefore move to 90%.

Spectral MD (SMD), a predictive analytics company, announced an update on trading, which it expects will exceed current market expectations for the year ended 31 December 2022, across revenues, gross margin, and EBITDA performance. The company expects its 2022 grant revenue to be materially ahead of market expectations and nearly 60% ahead of grant revenues received in 2021.
