The company said it has taken the decision to launch the FS Study for up to 300MW solar PV plus BESS and appoint one of the top technical consultants in solar PV, WSP, to deliver it. The Solar Project represents a significant opportunity to further define the project.
Anglesey Mining (AYM), the UK minerals development company, announced that the second round of assay results have been received from an additional three holes of the recent infill drilling programme at Parys Mountain. The company said the intention of this programme was to increase the amount of resources in the Indicated category for the White Rock deposit, which stood at 4.7Mt, or 79%, prior to commencing the drilling. Given the results, we are very confident that a significant portion of the currently Inferred material will be upgraded to Indicated.
SDX Energy (SDX), the MENA-focused energy company, updated on the testing of its gas discovery at the MA-1X well that targeted the Mohsen prospect, within the Exploration Extension Area of South Disouq. The company said that the higher-than-expected pressure decline from the MA-1X test is a surprise and inconsistent with what it has seen in its analogous Ibn Yunus wells. It will update the market as to the proposed commercialisation strategy for the discovery which may mean that an additional well or wells could be required to produce out this discovery.
