Pires Investments plc – update on investee company
RGO is pleased to note today’s announcement by Pires Investments plc (“Pires”), the investing company traded on AIM focused on next generation technology, in which RGO has a shareholding of around 17%, regarding its interim results for the six months to 30 June 2021.
Pires also included an update on one of its investments, Pluto Digital Assets PLC (“Pluto”), stating that the company had made good progress to date and was well-positioned to proceed with its planned IPO. RGO also has an investment in Pluto, representing a holding of over 3% in the company. RGO will be providing a further update on this and its other investments when it releases its interim results later this month.
