Reveille appoints Yellow Cake CFO Carole Whittall as Strategic Advisor

Reveille Resources (AQSE: REV) has appointed Carole Whittall, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Yellow Cake plc, as a Strategic Advisor, strengthening its uranium industry expertise as the company advances its Italian exploration projects and evaluates potential acquisitions.

Whittall joins the company’s advisory team alongside Sofia Bianchi, whose appointment was announced on 26 October 2026, bringing additional financial, commercial and mining sector experience to Reveille’s growth strategy.

Both advisers hold senior positions at Yellow Cake plc, one of the world’s largest listed uranium investment companies, with a market capitalisation of approximately £1.33 billion as at 30 October 2026.

Whittall will advise Reveille on financial planning, capital allocation, funding priorities and corporate development, while helping the company strengthen its appeal to institutional investors.

Her responsibilities will also include assessing potential acquisitions and strategic investment opportunities, particularly those aligned with Reveille’s ambition to develop uranium resources in Western-aligned jurisdictions.

Whittall brings more than 25 years of experience across natural resources, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Alongside her executive responsibilities at Yellow Cake, she serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Atalaya Mining plc, the London-listed European copper producer valued at approximately £1.27 billion at the end of October.

She chairs Atalaya’s Audit Committee and serves on its Sustainability Committee, providing additional experience in corporate governance and financial oversight.

Whittall is also a co-founder of Mining Strategies Limited and previously held senior positions at Rio Tinto and ArcelorMittal Mining, including Vice President and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate finance at J.P. Morgan and Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank.

Her qualifications include a geology degree from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from London Business School.

Reveille is focused on progressing exploration permit applications for the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium deposits in Lombardy, which represent Italy’s largest historic uranium deposits.

The company believes growing European interest in nuclear energy and energy security could increase the strategic importance of domestic uranium resources.

Whittall said securing reliable uranium supplies was an important part of Europe’s long-term energy strategy, particularly as governments seek to diversify critical mineral supply chains and reduce dependence on external suppliers.

She highlighted the historical exploration work completed at Novazza and Val Vedello, alongside Reveille’s opportunity to advance the assets as Italy reconsiders the role of nuclear power.

Executive Director Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo welcomed the appointment, describing Whittall’s financial and uranium sector experience as valuable to the company’s development.

He said her expertise would support Reveille’s funding strategy, acquisition assessments and efforts to attract institutional investment.

In connection with the appointment, Reveille proposes to grant Whittall 2.5 million share options exercisable at 16.625 pence per share, matching the company’s closing mid-market price on 30 October 2026.

The options will have a five-year term and vest in equal monthly instalments over the first 12 months of her consultancy.

If exercised in full, the options would generate approximately £415,625 in gross proceeds for Reveille, while increasing the number of shares in issue.

The proposed award remains subject to execution of the option agreement and the necessary corporate approvals.

Whittall’s appointment follows Reveille’s recent efforts to strengthen its advisory capabilities and expand international investor access, including its application for quotation on the OTCID market in the United States.

The addition of senior executives with established uranium industry relationships could support the company’s efforts to identify financing partners and evaluate future commercial opportunities.

However, the appointment does not represent a new funding commitment, acquisition or change in the regulatory status of its Italian uranium projects.

Attention will now turn to progress on the Novazza and Val Vedello exploration permit applications, potential acquisitions and Reveille’s wider funding strategy, as the company seeks to establish a larger uranium exploration and development business focused on Western energy security.
