[Quantum Helium Limited (AIM: QHE)](https://www.investegate.co.uk/announcement/rns/quantum-helium-limited--qhe/nine-month-oil-revenues-and-helium-super-summit/9830857) has reported that oil revenue from its Sagebrush project in Colorado has already exceeded the total generated throughout 2025 by 23%, with the company continuing to generate income while advancing its helium development programme.

The company, which holds a **90% working interest in Sagebrush**, recorded gross project oil revenue of **US$500,765 during the first nine months of 2026**, compared with US$408,532 for the whole of 2025.

Quantum’s 90% share of the nine-month revenue amounted to **US$450,688**, before royalties, taxes and other applicable deductions.

Third-quarter oil revenue reached **US$184,502**, with Quantum’s share totalling US$166,052. Gross production during the quarter was 2,630 barrels, bringing total output for the first nine months to 7,771 barrels.

The company reported an **average realised oil price of US$71.28 per barrel during the third quarter**, reflecting the benefit of stronger oil prices during 2026.

Production remained relatively stable across the first three quarters, with 2,482 barrels produced in Q1, 2,659 barrels in Q2 and 2,630 barrels in Q3.

**Existing oil production provides Quantum with an ongoing revenue stream** as it progresses its primary strategy of developing commercially viable helium resources across its Colorado portfolio.

The company has independently assessed helium resources exceeding **1 billion cubic feet across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash**, alongside existing oil production and additional oil potential identified during testing at Sagebrush-1.

Quantum believes the combination of established oil output and helium exploration opportunities provides a diversified platform for future development.

However, the reported oil revenues are gross project figures before operating expenses, land royalties and applicable taxes, and should not be interpreted as net profit or free cash flow.

**Attention is now turning to the planned larger-volume stimulation programme at Sagebrush-1**, where preparations are approaching completion ahead of operations targeted for November 2026.

The programme is designed to improve reservoir connectivity and establish stronger, sustainable helium-bearing gas flow rates from the Leadville Formation.

Detailed engineering work is substantially complete, with the company finalising contractor arrangements, specialist equipment requirements and operational scheduling.

Meanwhile, **Quantum’s executive and technical team is attending the Helium Super Summit in Houston, Texas, beginning 20 October**, where it plans to engage with industry specialists, service providers and potential commercial partners.

Discussions will focus on the company’s Colorado helium assets and the forthcoming Sagebrush-1 stimulation programme, alongside potential opportunities to support future commercial development.

**Chief Executive Howard McLaughlin** welcomed the stronger oil revenue performance, highlighting that the first nine months of 2026 had already surpassed the previous full-year total.

He said the existing oil business remained an important source of revenue while Quantum continued investing in its helium development activities.

McLaughlin also confirmed that the company’s immediate operational priority remains the November stimulation programme, with preparations now in their final stages.

**For investors, the 23% increase in nine-month oil revenue compared with the whole of 2025 demonstrates the contribution of Quantum’s existing producing assets**, while the upcoming stimulation programme represents a potentially significant milestone for its helium strategy.

**Attention will now turn to the November Sagebrush-1 operations and subsequent flow testing**, which will help determine whether the company can establish the sustainable gas production rates needed to advance towards commercial helium development.
