**Quantum Helium Limited (AIM: QHE)** has reported a further director share purchase, signalling continued insider support.

Non-executive director Graham Duncan acquired 17.0 million shares on 22 April at a price of 0.032p per share.

Following the transaction, Duncan holds 117.3 million shares, representing approximately 0.23% of the company’s voting rights.

The total voting rights figure reflects the enlarged share capital after the company’s recently announced £5 million institutional placing, which saw the issue of over 16.6 billion new shares, taking total voting rights to just under 50 billion.
